Shut-off installation went well, very professional. When he tried to install the replacement faucet we purchased at Home Depot, he notified us that the drain part did not fit the existing sink, something he had not seen in about 25 years. He told us we had two options: 1) return the faucet and try to find one that would fit our sink, or 2) replace the sink. Since the sink was this cheap, plastic thing we decided to replace the sink. Because of his work and additional instruction before he left, we installed the sink and hooked up the faucet, drain, etc. ourselves with no problem. He could have claimed that this would need the expertise of a plumber, but instead he advised us how to do the job ourselves. Definitely would use them again!

Mike, the Plumber, was extremely professional. He told me everything that he was going to do, prior to performing the work. This made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to consider any alternatives. Mike also made sure that everything was cleaned up after the work as well as moving an extremely heavy chest back into place. Mike also made me feel very assured that I'd selected a good faucet and valve which will avoid extra work in the future. I really appreciate the honesty, frank approach and conscientious work.

They fixed my shower head. They did a wonderful job.

The tub was leaking somewhere underneath and the only way to get at it was from underneath, thanks to the builder not providing access at the tub itself. After cutting away a portion of the floor under the tub (first floor master with unfinished basement underneath), the plumber found that some of the welds had failed. He had to replace a number of supply lines to fix the problem. It cost a lot more than I had hoped, but he handled it as quickly as he could, given the construction.

Very professionally done and there were no problems. Highly professional plumber came and did the work as promised. I would use again.

I called to make an appointment and let the woman know what my issue was and she advised that I call the original plumber to see if they'd correct it. I saved money because of her and I thank her for the kind suggestion.

I am a little upset. They gave us a time frame and didnt keep the time frame. They finally showed up and did the job. We needed another faucet changed which he said he would be able to do. It needed the same part but he didnt have it on his truck. He said he would get the part and come back. Someone else came back they added on more things that it needed to be done and tried to charge me an additional 250 dollars on top of what the other guy told me. He was very dishonest.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this experience has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I honestly thought I would be getting great service. The overall reviews for this company are amazing. I called this company after searching on Angies List so I could have someone to fix my sewer line. I knew I had an issue outside of the home and told them that. They said I would need to have the line video'd, which is fine. Someone was out to our house rather quickly to take a video of the sewer line. They then handed the video to us and said we had to deliver it to Tony LaMartina plumbing. I emailed it over to them and Tony said he couldn't open the file. This was on March 27th. I then uploaded the video to youtube so he could view it with any web browser on March 28th. Monday March 30th - I called to confirm they received the video. I was told they did and they should have an estimate to me rather quickly. Wednesday April 1st - Called again to check status. The woman answering said that she was sure Tony had looked at the video and someone would call me right away. Friday April 3rd - Called AGAIN. The woman answering said she had no idea what was going on. I asked her if the company even wanted my job. She said she honestly did not know. 30 minutes later Tony himself called me and said he emailed the estimate out the previous day. When he recited my email, it was no where even close to what my email is. I understand. Mistakes happen! However, he then proceeded to tell me that all of my lines inside the house were fine and that he does not do work on outside lines (which is where my problem is). I've waited over a week, literally losing sleep wondering how many THOUSANDS of dollars this will cost me, only to find out they don't do the work? I told him it would have been great if someone would have told me they don't do outside plumbing work up front and not send someone on a wild goose chase. Tony did apologize. This company definately dropped the ball. After all of this trouble, I wasn't even given a recommendation on someone I should call. I know its not required, but its the least someone could have done. I have never had to work so hard for a nonexistent estimate. Now I am right back at square one.

They came and serviced my plumbing issue and was very professional. I would recommend their services to others.

They had really good customer service. They were very prompt and responsive. The work they did was excellent.

They came in and I was there watching them. They did a good job as they were installing it. I really didn't have any complaints. It was good. There were no unexpected issues. In half a day, they were done with it. I don't have anything bad to say about them. I would use them for something else.

Tremendous company to work with. Very responsive. Excellent employees. Great work at a fair price. This is our second superior experience with them and we are already planning future projects.

The technician (Mike) showed up within the time window promised. He was personable, quick and left a clean work area. He spent a little extra time describing how the faucet controlled the hot water if there is a change in flow to prevent scalding.

They don't repair water heaters, so they recommended someone else who came out within two hours and fixed my problem.

Great. I have used them in the past and know that I can always count on them to be there when they say they will be, stay until the job is done, and do the job right the first time. Always responsive to questions.

Outstanding - no complaints whatsoever.

They were excellent and wonderful. The one thing that I really liked was, we had a hole that was leaking and they came through and showed us what we can do ourselves for a couple of dollars with a decent tip and they fixed the hard stuff work. They were really good about not over doing it. They fixed what we needed but they also showed us how we can take care of some things.

It worked out well. They were excellent, by far one of the best! They were very professional and I will use them again.

The plumber arrived prompted at the appointment time. Work progressed at a good pace even with problems that developed with the installment. None of which were his fault. He was very competent and professional. I was very pleased with all that was done.

Really appreciated getting an email and text message when the plumber was on his way (and enjoyed that the email had a picture and bio of the plumber!). He arrived on time and got right to work. After completing the work, he thoroughly tested the work, explained to me everything that he did, and offered to come back and explained future options if the repair didn't take. Overall a very good experience, and I would definitely use this company again in the future.

We suspected a serious leak in our second floor toilet due to stains on the ceiling below the toilet. Sure enough, LaMartina Plumbing removed the toilet and explained how it had never been properly installed. Hence the leak. They provided the repairs quickly and neatly. I will always use them for my plumbing repairs.
