No response and no action. I even called your office. I am really surprised." Our records show I replied to your email within 30 minutes of your email with the following: "Sorry about that. I'm not sure what happened and I'm really sorry to hear that. What seems to be the problem? When would you like service scheduled?" Therefore, I find it very disappointing to read this review today, one month after I contacted you via email in an attempt to set up plumbing service. We would appreciate any opportunity to be of service should you wish to contact our office and schedule a service call by one of our highly skilled plumbers.
