Description of Work: They had to cancel on me, but called to apologize, offered me an additional $20 off the price and rescheduled for the next morning. They were prompt, apologized again for the unforeseen snag, and fixed a problem that two other plumbers in the past had failed to fix.

Description of Work: I've used Tony LaMartina a couple of times now and they are incredibly professional, tidy, knowledgeable and fair. I feel like their plumbers are true experts and take their time to explain what they are doing. Great service!

Description of Work: They repaired a leaky shower head and discovered that we were missing a part on our newly installed kitchen faucet and help to facilitate getting the part ordered. Very prompt, very courteous. The only reason I gave them a "c" on price is because when I was getting bids for our kitchen remodeling, the price quoted to me for some small plumbing hookup was astronomical! (I didn't use them for that but was pleased by the second chance I gave them for this job.) The repairman was excellent.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak around my toilet. They also helped stabilize some some pipes that a previous plumber didn't.

Description of Work: Called them to look at 2 leaks that I had. Before they got there I noticed another leak in my bathroom. Plumber found that half my roof was down to the plywood. That was causing the leak in the bathroom. He fixed the other 2 leaks and then changed out an outdoor pipe that had burst during the freezing winter we had. He was on time, wore booties on his shoes while in the house and I would, with no hesitation use them again!
