Description of Work: The plumber fixed a leak caused by a drywall screw that went into the shower area water line. He cut out the pipe and put a new one in place. Everything went great and he was a very nice guy. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had an outdoor spigot that wasn't working properly - I had replaced the silcock assembly previously but still had issues. Scheduling online and interaction with the company was easy. Mike arrived on-time and as scheduled, we discussed the situation, he examined the spigot/silcock and had everything repaired within ~15 minutes. He replaced a $0.79 washer. | |I was glad that the spigot was now working again but did feel that the price of the service call was a bit steep all things considered since you're paying a minimum service call fee + journeyman plumber labor + parts... thank goodness it wasn't anything more involved otherwise the price tag would certainly have been much higher. Mike (the plumber) was a great guy, very professional and personable.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal for 135.00 several weeks ago because I needed someone to install a new toilet. My husband dropped his electric toothbrush in the old one, it lodged in the trap and we had to throw the toilet out. The new toilet was delivered in several thousand shards so we had to send it back and order it again. It was a special order item. It finally was delivered and Brad came out today and installed it in the one hour my special deal entitled me too. Toilet looks great and works fine. Brad was punctual, polite, professional and tidy. We will use this company again

Description of Work: I felt that this situation was a pure bait-and-switch. My bathroom plumbing needed to be unstoppped and I was under the impression that the $89.00 package I purchased would cover it. When I was informed of the "small print," I now owe an additional $140.00. The bill will get settled, but I will not use this service again, nor will I refer any of my other friends to this company.
