Description of Work: My daughter was here when Jim H. came to fix our leaky "faucet pull out head". He said "mounting hardware was rusted out". Our daughter mentioned that we plan on remodeling the kitchen so he told her "to keep an eye on it and replace if needed--he said it would last until the remodel". It wasn't leaking when he left but I would have preferred a whole new faucet replacement rather than having to worry about if & when it will leak possibly ruining our hardwood floors. Now to have that done, we will incur another service charge just to come to the house plus the charges to install faucet. He was here about 10 minutes according to our daughter but the invoice charged us for 1/3 of an hour ($36.30 + $55.00 service charge). I am asking for a refund of $135.00=Angies List Coupon because on their invoice they "RECOMMEND RETURNING THE ANGIES LIST COUPON STATING THAT I BOUGHT IT FOR SEWER CLEANING & WAS NOT AWARE THAT IT COULDNT BE USED FOR THAT SERVICE AND THEN WOULD BE REFUNDED MY $135.00. SECOND OPTION WAS TO APPLY COUPON FOR $135.00 TO CHARGE OF $91.30 AND LOSE OUT ON THE $43.70 BECAUSE A CREDIT IS NOT ALLOWED, OR SAVE FOR FUTURE USE. Update: Today 4/11/15 must be "future use day" but we will not be calling Tony Lamartina as they were here on 4/2/15--9 DAYS AGO AND DID NOT FORSEE THE PROBLEM WE JUST DISCOVERED--A MAJOR WATER LEAK POOLING IN OUR CABINET. Please refund our $135.00, we will pay their invoice, call a new plumber, and all will be happy. Thank you.

Description of Work: The water heater was replaced. I was contacted by text and e-mail letting me know that Chris was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8 AM. We discussed the work to be done and Chris answered all my questions. He put floor coverings on the steps and the carpeted portion of the basement floor. He cleaned up afterwards and was very pleasant and courteous during the entire process. I would use and recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing in the future. Their bid was a little higher than others that I obtained but their reviews and ratings on Angie's list sold me!

Description of Work: I have used Tony La Martina Plumbing on more than one occasion. First, they came to look at my great room fireplace because of an issue I was having with the gas feed. In January 2015, I had a leak on one of the stacks in my furnace room. They came out and looked at that, after my HVAC guys had been here, and diagnosed the problem. In the end, we purchased a new 75 gallon hot water heater. I am and have been very pleased with Tony La Martina Plumbing. They are very polite and courteous on the phone, they do what they say they're going to do, they are prompt, and the cost is more than competitive. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone that they at least give Tony La Martina Plumbing a chance. You won't be disappointed!

Description of Work: Added shut off valves to sink in 1/2 bath and replaced the shut off valve for the toilet. It was quick and seemed easy. This was my first purchase from Angie's list. Previously, I had no "go to person" for plumbing problems, but I do now. I. Received a text that my technician was on the way, followed by a phone call that he was stuck in traffic due to an accident. They were worried about my time and schedule for the day. How refreshing and unusual is that! Lauren in the office is very helpful and easy to work with.

Description of Work: The cost of the coupon for one hour labor and a service call covered the whole thing. They replaced the valve for our water line to the refrigerator in a quick timely manner and didn't overcharge or try to push additional services. Punctual, wore booties in the house and cleaned up very nicely. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Fantastic work. Replaced sink garbage disposal (I purchased separately) and installed whole house Rhino water filter.

Description of Work: I needed to have a shower diverter valve replaced behind my shower wall after I screwed it up trying to fix it myself (note to self: Call Tony next time and let them do it!). James came out and did a fantastic job on the repair including very careful work opening up the backside of the wall in a manner in which it would be easiest to repair. There were NO surprises - the best kind of repair work possible! Tony and his company are great to work with, timely, professional, and do a wonderful job - I strongly recommend them!
