Description of Work: We had a complicated sewer issue in our finished basement. Not only did they first suggest that we use a different company to simplify the repair (which was really impressive), when we decided to repair the sewer using them, their estimates were precise, there timing was meticulous, and they did great work. In addition, they were very easy to communicate with on email, and they texted and emailed before coming out each day. If there was an option for A++++, they would get it!!!

Description of Work: They unclogged the drain from the bathtub and replaced the drum trap and part of the pipe leading to the main stack. Everyone was very nice and professional and explained things well. We'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Replacing a toilet is always an option. We do warranty our work for two years. Therefore, if that toilet begins to run again within the 2 year warranty, we will come repair it at no cost to you. Description of Work: They did a pretty good job and resolved the leak that I had. A week after they left my ceiling was leaking in another area. This was due to a clog in the upstairs sink. I just felt they should have checked for clogs during their initial visit to rule this possibility out.
