Description of Work: I bought an old house in a good community. I had to rehab it on various aspects and I contacted Phil Clayton from TLC constructions for estimates. Out of many estimates I received from some similar companies, Phil proved to be very reasonable on price and the advice he gave me on various things. He agreed for the work and completed the work by now over a duration of 1 month. I had no surprises on the cost at the end. Patience, Responsibility, Quality of work are some of the key aspects I want to mentioned about Phil and his Crew. He has a big network of quality people who also helped me on various other things that I had to fix/rehab etc... Services performed include: Roof repair, New Gutters, Tree and Bushes removal, Yard landscaping, some electrical work.
