Description of Work: They removed and hauled away my old garage door & garage door opener and installed it with a new one. After they came for the price quote, they said they would call me back to schedule the installation but they didn't; I had to call them to schedule it - so that's why I gave them a B on Responsiveness.

Description of Work: Installed new insulated one car garage door. Included was the new torsion spring and new tracks and of course the door. They hauled away the old door and hardware. Dan was the only person that came out, he measured the door, took the order of what color I would like and installed the door. He was a great guy and a true professional.

Description of Work: Replaced original steel rollers with nylon rollers with ball bearings. The result was a much quieter garage door. The tech also adjusted and tightened various cables and the door's main spring. All work was excellent!

Description of Work: Provider was not aware of what services was included in the promo and I have no info about what is included in the maintenance. Just written " maintenance and replacement of rubber stripping. The rollers he replaced by mistake had to be paid extra or he will put back the old ones. The cost of the rollers were almost as much as the fee I paid. There was no clarification from the provider before doing the job.

Description of Work: The Wright Door replaced the garage door opener, including the external key pad. He was prompt, identified any other potential problems, replaced the opener quickly, explained the features, and was very curtious. We are very pleased with the end result!

He checked all of the garage door functions and found that the bar that pull the door up and the emergency pull was not working like it should, he did fix it. |It hadn't been working right since I moved in 26 years ago.
