Excellent experience. They were prompt, courteous, on time and got the job done quickly with no surprises. No extra costs. Hauled away existing door and materials, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend The Wright Door to anyone!!

The two men were very professional and friendly. They replaced both garage door springs. Checked everything on the garage door and opener. They replaced a hinge and lubricated everything. The door works great and does not make as much noise. They were able to answer any questions that I had about the garage door and opener. I will definitely call them if I have any more problems with my garage door.

Dan arrived on time and removed and replaced both springs. He also made all the necessary adjustments and lubricated as required. Great quality work for a fair price. Found the company on Angie's List. Very pleased with the installation and the price. The installer took the time to explain how to use the new opener and new features.

After getting my garage door adjusted, I had requested a new weather strip for the bottom of my garage door. They told me that someone would be contacting me that week when it was ready. When I did not hear from them, I called back and spoke with Tom. He came out the next week as promised and did not charge for the weather strip. Now that's what I call great customer service!

Technician called 30 min out, arrived on time and conducted inspection. Explained all problems and work to be done then performed to spec. After, explained all repairs and adjustments, demonstrated function and explained all costs for materials and labor covered in discounted price. Wish all service providers were as good and polite. I asked them to bid on another job. Will recommend to friends and family alike.

One of the garage door springs broke (or exploded) during the night. Although we weren't sure what the noise was from until I tried to go to work in the morning. So in the morning, I checked Angie's website and found The Wright Door. I called them at 5:50am thinking I was going to get an answering machine, but somebody actually answered the phone and said someone could be at our house in the next couple of hours. He also said that the repair guy would call to give me a better idea of the arrival time. About an hour later I received a call from Dan and he said that he'd be here in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained the process and quickly got the springs replaced and properly balanced. Then he checked the door opener to make sure it worked okay. Turned out it needed an adjustment and he took care of that at no additional cost. He also lubed the door opener track and lubed the door wheels. I would gladly recommend Wright Door and specifically Dan to all of my friends and family.

I will definitely call The Wright Door when I need to have repair work or upgrading completed on my garage door. The Wright Door came out to my house within 45 minutes of my phone call requesting service. When it was revealed that a real repair was not needed, that we had been missing an error we were making in the use of the door, they taught me the correct way to manage this. Furthermore, the service man was cordial and friendly, taking the time to teach me about the door and oil the rollers. Will definitely use The Wright Door when we have a repair.

I am TOTALLY pleased with what happened. I have an older home with an older garage door. Yesterday my garage door would open but when I tried to close it, it would reach the bottom but then open up again. It took 3 times for the garage door to finally stay shut. Today the same thing happened. It closed after 2 times up and down. I called the garage door company who has a sticker inside my garage door, but all he seemed interested in was giving me a price, which included a service call charge, and setting up an appointment, without even asking me any questions what the problem was. I quickly ruled him out even though that is probably the company who worked on the garage door before I became owner of my home. I then went on Angies List. What a Godsend this service is. I read through some of the member comments from various companies and decided to give The Wright Door a call, based on so many good reviews. Right away Dan answered the phone, was very pleasant, asked me questions, gave me recommendations based on what I said, and when all was said and done, I had him come out to look at my garage door. He said there would be no service charge, unlike the other company. He arrrived a couple hours later and fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes. He lubricated all around the area the ball bearings, joints, and area the garage door goes up and down on. Also, once he was finished the garage door opened and closed very quietly since it was lubricated. That was an added bonus as far as I was concerned, as I was used to a very loud door opening. He told me it would run very smoothly and quietly when he was done and he was exactly right. He didn't even charge me. Trust me, this is a wonderful company. Not because he didn't charge me which was nice in of itself, but his professionalism, his prompt service taking my call and coming right away, his diagnosis and fixing the problem, and just overall attitude. Dan is the man!! I will definitely use them for all my future garage door needs. I urge all members to use them as well. You will be completely satisfied.

I purchased a Big Deal for The Wright Door through Angie's List on November 24, and on the same day, a man from the company called to see about scheduling a time and day for them to come to do the work. I made an appointment for them to come on December 10. The workman called me when he was on the way that morning, and he got to work doing the job. It didn't take him long. I initially bought the garage door opener system in 1995 and had had it serviced a couple times a few years ago. Before the man arrived in December, the door went clankety clankety clank when it opened and closed. Since the door has been serviced, it makes a quiet humming noise instead. I am pleased with the work that was done, and will call this company the next time I want my door serviced.

Dan was on time and was very friendly. Definitely knew what to do to fix the garage door. Very reasonably priced. Just 30 minutes and the garage door worked like new.

Very satisfied with the service we received. Our garage doors were very loud and rough when opening/closing but after being serviced they are extremely quiet. I didn't expect there to be such a huge improvement. I was also very impressed with the customer service we received. I called Don thinking he had missed our appointment only to realize I had the wrong date. Don called me back within an hour to see if he could come by that day to do the work instead of waiting for the original date scheduled. It worked out much better for me and I was appreciative that he called back to work us into his schedule. He was also very thorough in explaining what he did and how we could make further improvements. And, as an extra bonus he completed the job in a very timely fashion. He was able to service both garage doors in under an hour.

The rollers for two garage doors were replaced. Two end of railing were reatatched. Spray was applied to make the rollers unstick and move again. Fixed a bent end of rail. Was very nice

Excellent service! Came out the same day I called for an appt. My garage door works so much better-wish I had called them years ago. Great value and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

We purchased the $85 coupon and the company called pretty quickly to set up an appointment. The appointment was set for a certain day and time, but they came too early. We had set the time for 3 pm and they came at noon. The time was rescheduled; again they came early but waited this time. We will use them again.

The company called me to schedule an appointment right after I purchased the coupon, which I really appreciated. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating and understanding. The technician arrived on time, ready to work, and completed the job independently which allowed me to complete the work I was doing in the house. He let me know when he was finished and ready to leave. All together the perfect kind of service call you want to have!

The price was good and the garage door service was very effective in terms of improving the squeaking problem; it is quiet as can be now so I am pleased with that. They are a little slow with their responsiveness; I had to contact them to check on status of their interest level in doing the work. They sent two more guys out to look at my garage door but I still am waiting for the shed door; they are a little slow.
