The Wright Door

I was very happy with them. Our garage door was getting old and was wooden. The man came out to give an estimate and put the hinge to get a temporary fix. When he came back out to replace the whole garage door he went above and beyond. He came out and did a good job and the price was right.

They did a very good job. Fixed an inoperable door which had come off of the track. Replaced a on/off switch so the door would operate reliably. Made recommendations but did not pressure us to buy more than we had intended.

I called the Wright Door Co after reading so many great reviews on here. When I called, it was late in the evening and I did not expect to get any one to answer, but they did. When I described my problem he told me exactly what to do with out trying to sell me a service call or anything! I even said I would call back if that didn't work. He was so certain it would work and I wouldn't need to call him back. He was right! I will definitely call on Wright Door in the future when we do need work or even just have a question.

Let me start by saying The Wright Door was professional and very accommodating from my initial call to the completion of the services provided. They were very flexible even though we did not provide very much notice for them to come out. We had the LOUDEST garage door on our street and also had some issues with the garage door not effectively opening and closing. Altough we are in need a new garage door opener, they service they have provided in the interim has put a smile on our face. Our garage door is now as quiet as ever and the door opens and closes with ease. We will definitely be calling The Wright Door again to replace our exisiting opener. I was contacted quickly after placing my order. A repair man showed up the next business day and replaced my springs and lubricated my door. Total time from arrival to departure was about 40 minutes. Very pleased with the service man and the quality of the work.

One of the cables on the door broke, and subsequently the garage door became stuck 1/3 of the way up. I called in the morning, and Tom indicated he could come out in the afternoon. He was very personable, reviewed the situation, told me what needed to be done to repair the door and gave me the price. In 30-45 minutes the work was done and the door is now working perfectly. He did not try to sell me a new door, opener or anything else I did not need. He was very efficient and professional. Thanks Angie's List for helping me find a great service provider!

They did a great job! They were fast and the price was more than reasonable. We were able to do the whole transaction not being in town. They even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. They were great!

The technician called and told us he would be late, and then got stuck in traffic, so he was a total of an hour late. He was very apologetic about it, and did get everything done in time for us to leave for our activities. He educated us on how things work, showed us maintenance we could do ourselves, and left us with a very quiet door! We were very pleased with the value of this service!

Repair man at my door at the time planned. I thought that the rollers were broken on my garage door. Upon inspection he showed me that both of the springs were broken. He replaced the broken springs and also inspected the other working parts of the door. He was very professional and the cost to replace was right.

Our garage door has been giving us trouble to awhile. We came home to find one of the springs completely busted and on the ground. We let it go for a couple days while researching companies to repair it. We were so pleased with the customer service of The Wright Door, as well as the quality of their service. There was a little bit of miscommunication and the morning I got a call, I wasn't actually home - I thought they were coming the next morning. They were so easy to work with and said they would be there first thing the next morning. Dan ended up being in the area that first evening, so he stopped by and we were home and available for him to take a look at it. He explained everything so thoroughly, replaced both springs and a roller and had the door working properly in no time. We will definitely keep The Wright Door on our go to list for door repair in the future.

The garage door was getting stuck in the middle of operating it. The rollers were simply lubricated and it operated smoothly.

Garage Door Opener stopped working. Checked Angies List and found the the Wright Door Company. Called and spoke with Tom. Tom was very helpful and we set a appointment for then next day. Tom Called in the morning asking if it was ok if they could come earlier. This was fine. Dan should up at the appointed time. Did a great job installing the opener. He also did a minor repair to the garage door for me. We have a second Garage door that was damaged and he preformed that repair for the cost of the parts only. Tom stopped by during the install and repair to say hello and to lend a hand if needed. Both men were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I woiuld recomed either of the fellows and the Wright Door company. Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Dan was very prompt and professional. Adjusted two garage doors as promised within a couple of days of calling. After about a month one of the doors started to occasionally misbehave. Called the company and the owner came out the next day, on a Saturday and made a few adjustments that seem to have corrected the problem. There was no charge. Very happy with "The Wright Door" company.

Dan, the serviceman, came out in less than an hour after I purchased and called the company for service. I've had a couple of other servicemen out to work on my garage door in the past but this was definitely the best. There were no hidden fees and Dan explained everything he was doing with the door and the parts he was replacing. He reparied our garage door in record time. If there were ratings higher than an "A" I would have used them for responsiveness, punctuallity and professionalism (off the charts excellent). AND on top of all that, we saved dollars with buying the service on Angies List. My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. We have found the only garage door repairment we will definitely call again.

It was a very positive experience. The garage door technician showed up on time. He spent about 45 minutes working on the garage door, cleaning the tracks and installing new rollers. He made some adjustments and fixed an annoying problem that we have been dealing with for at least the passed three or four years. The tech was a very friendly guy and did a great job.

Wright responded within an hour to Belleville, IL on a Saturday morning. Beside the alignment, Dan installed a strut to repair a broken panel. He kept me informed on what was broken and was very professional despite the fact that part of the problem was my own faulty spring installation. He offered, but did not push the installation of Teflon rollers. He was also complementary about the installation of the top-of-the-line door opener which was installed a few years ago by a competitor. Classy. Very reasonable labor and total costs. Wright was awesome!

What started off as a "Big Deal" for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement turned in to an almost complete overhaul of my garage door. I think every bolt was tightened on the door itself and most of the ones on the track too! Other adjustments were made so that the door actually opens all the way, doesn't bind, etc. Great job!

They came out promptly, fixed the rollers and additional other problems which another company had missed the previous two times. We then called them back a second time when the garage door wouldn't open. Turned out that only a bolt needed to be tightened, which they did for free and didn't charge us anything. They are prompt, honest and professional and we will always use them.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I used their Angie's list coupon, called and they were here the next day. Dan was professional and explained what he fixed in "laymen's terms" I will use this company again in the future. Thanks Wright Door Company and Angie's list!

I submitted the request for the big deal garage tune-up. The call to the shop was very professional. They set up an appointment around my schedule and called to verify before arriving. Technician was pleasant and professional.

Garage door spring broke last night. An email requesting service was sent at approximately 5a this morning and received an immediate call from Tom at The Wright Door. I explained the spring problem and indicated that there were other problems to be addressed. Garage door opener did not work and there was a broken strut. Appointment made for 9:30 that morning and they arrived early - but called to ask if it was okay to get there early... very courteous. No hard sell tactics. Dan assessed basic fix items and gave other options in response to my questions. I opted to replace existing garage door opener. All else was repaired/replaced and all work completed prior to noon - same day. Excellent service and highly recommended.
