He charged me additional money besides the price of the Big Deal. The guy was really good and did good work. I'm happy with their service. He's very good and very professional. They have been working in that line for a long time.

they contacted my by email to set the appointment. It was easy! All I had to do was be home the day they came. He was in and out in approximately an hour. Walked my through and showed me what he did. Eliminated a gap where I could see daylight at one corner of one gargage door by resetting it on the track.

Soon after purchasing the Big Deal, Wright Door called to set up an appointment. They were available for the first date and time that I suggested. On the day of service, the technician called on his way to the house to let me know he'd be arriving. He had me explain the problem to him, and explained what he believed was causing the door to open partially. He adjusted the settings on the garage door and performed maintenance on the chain. He noticed that our spring was getting worn out but suggested that since it's an expensive purchase (upwards of $300) that we wait until it actually breaks to call and get it replaced since it's still working at this point.

It was good - he showed up on time, he did what he was supposed to do, and he cleaned up after himself.

Shortly after purchasing the Big Deal Wright Door company contacted me to set up the appointment which they confirmed twice the week of the work. Dan arrived on time, got right to work, and completed the job in a short amount of time. Afterwards he explained the condition of the door and the work he performed. The door now opens and closes smoothly and makes far less noise. I'm a satisfied customer.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. The door maintenance was not really useful. As a matter of fact, after that the door did not work. It is not their fault. Actually, I asked them to come back after I had paid another $350 to install a motor. The door is working well now and I am happy with the results but I don't think the guy who did the service was very polite.

I purchased a $ 79 big deal for a garage door tune-up and rollers. They did a great job. I even sent them to the wrong house, and they did not get mad. They called me, and I was about thirty miles away. I did not spend more than the $79 specified in the deal. They went out of their way.

Waaaaay better than expected. Customer service and satisfaction is important to these guys, and it shows. I bought one of the 'deals' on angie's list..and they called me the next day to schedule the appointment. They communicated every step of the way...and did a great job. I had no idea how bad of shape my door was in. If there's anybody more knowledgeable, passionate or dedicated to doing it right the first time...I haven't met him. Couldn't recommend high enough.

Great customer service! Technician provided us with information on what type of light bulbs to use in our opening system which wouldn't interfere with the signal from the remotes when opening doors. Very knowledgeable and informative.

I was willing to replace the door opener with a new one since mine was 16 years old. But I was told it would not be necessary. I felt I was dealing with an honest company.

I called the company at approximately 10:30 AM. He advised that he may not be able to get there until between 6-7 PM. At 3:15 he called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, he was pleasant and courteous, then advised me NOT to use the coupon because the rate for the repair was $30 LESS! Wow, an honest company not looking to grab every last cent-how refreshing! Bottom line: everything was cleaned up and finished in just over 30 minutes, including lubricating the other door rollers.

They were quick to call to schedule the appointment. Available when it was convenient for me. Arrived on time and were very friendly but still professional. I would recommend them.

I was very impressed with how fast John got in touch with me. I purchased a Big Deal. He gave me an exact time he would be here and he was on time. My garage door was having a hard time opening and closing and I decided it was time to have someone look at it. John said the track the rollers were in was a little small and widened it the best he could. He greased it and it is opening and closing soooo much more quiet and without struggling. I am very happy.

We called The Wright Door Co. this morning, their technician arrived right on time, TODAY, and proceeded with the repair. Others we had called earlier in the week, were not nearly so accommodating. We are very pleased with our choice from start to finish!!

Had a great experience working with the Wright Door company. The were very responsive to come out and quote the project, and they completed the work the very next day. They even fixed part of my garage door during the quote, no charge and before deciding to use their services!
