The Wright Door

Wright Door scheduled it's service promptly when I called to make an appointment. The technician arrived on time and serviced the door. He pointed out a broken spring, which he replaced. He also checked our remotes and got them working properly. He was polite and knowledgeable.

I purchased a big deal from them. He was very knowledgeable and on time. Let me know that the deal that I had purchased would not fix the problem that I had.

Everythign went very well, very professional and polite, offered additional information and answered all my questions.

It turned out fine. He showed up about 10 minutes early so that was great. He was very informative about what he was doing. He explained everything step by step. There was an issue with my garage door opener that he tried to fix but it just needed to be replaced. The price of the deal was very reasonable.

The service was great. After replacing all the rollers and checking over everything, he answered my questions about the garage door opener, explained the locking feature, assured me that the opener motor is one of the best on the market, and checked the seal on the garage door. Everything was in good condition. He didn't try to sell me anything, or add on to what I purchased. He even explained how to lubricate the door each year to keep it in good working condition. There's no doubt he knows his stuff. I really appreciated his punctuality and how quickly and efficiently he worked. I will recommend him to my friends.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I was very impressed with their willingness to agree to come out when I wanted them to. I had a little trouble getting my schedule arranged to meet theirs and they suited theirs to meet mine. He told me they could meet me the next day and they did that because it worked for me. We did this immediately after my Big Deal purchase. I think I spent approximately an additional $40. The pricing seemed reasonable and he was good.

The guy was great. He had a great sense of humor. He told me what the price was going to be and it was quite reasonable. He got it all fixed. He offered me a couple of other things that I thought was worth a while. I got that done. He was quick and was over within a few hours. He came the same day. He charged extra for some extra work.

Wonderful experience: I got to hang out with installer during the job, and he gave me explanations regarding every aspect of the hows and whys of each and every installation and setup step. He gave me tons of tips/facts/quirks related to the exact mfgr. openers I had purchased. (He knew the opener brand/model info by heart, in fact.) Installation was much more efficient and quick than I'd expected, and very conveniently scheduled & performed on a Sunday morning. Total cost for installing 2 openers was half of what I'd expected to pay for install of just one unit! Definitely my "go-to" company for installation and service/maintenance of garage doors and openers.

At first, we had a little misunderstanding about scheduling, but it was corrected right away. The two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They did all the work that they were scheduled to do in a short amount of time, and stayed longer to help me program the garage door buttons we had purchased, which was not something I had originally booked them for. I highly recommend using Wright Door!

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and it turned out great. I think I called them on a Friday and they were ready to come out Tuesday so it was real quick. I needed new trim around the garage doors so I told them ahead of time if they could bring some trim and add that to it. I got charged for just the price of the big deal plus just the price of the trim. I could tell they were very experienced. They had done this many times and were experts on garage doors. I was very impressed and very pleased with the work they did.

Technician was punctual and professional, and was immediately able to perform above maintenance, which we had purchased as an $88 Angie's List Deal. At our request, for an additional $48, he graciously installed a reinforcement rod across the bowed section, eliminating future issues.

He called promptly, came when he said he would, performed the work, was pleasant.

I called, he came the next morning we agreed and he came back the next morning and installed. Couldn't have been easier, nicer, or more pleasant. Have to be honest, I was surprised ...............nothing else has ever gone that easy. The gentleman was very pleasant and showed up when he said he would and the job was done in a very short time. I have PUT THIS OFF for five years thinking it was going to be a bigger deal and cost much more than it did. I am grateful.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out great. I thought I was going to have to buy a new door, but they fixed it. I had to pay more than the Big Deal price for some parts. I used them pretty quick after I purchased the Big Deal. It took him about an hour to do the work and he had it running smooth.

They did come out for a free estimate. The price was real reasonable. He was on time and came prepared with the parts. He only took about a half an hour. We were pleased. I would recommend them.

I purchased a Big Deal for garage door tune up. Dan contacted me to schedule the service right away! I wanted to get the garage cleaned out first. Dan has called back to check up on us. At this point I think I will have to replace the garage door so won't be able to use the Big Deal. However, Dan has been great to deal with! He is very personable and professional! He is very good with follow up and I may be contacting him for a different service once I figure out for sure what my problem is at this point!

I wish I had more garage doors needing replacement just so I could hire these guys again! Daniel Whitehead returned my original phone call in just a few minutes. His focus on customer satisfaction became immediately clear, and we arranged a convenient meeting to estimate the job later the same day. He arrived exactly on time, and even called about 5 minutes ahead. Although my job (replacing a garage door) sounds rudimentary, Daniel observed some of the tight clearances that would complicate matters, but explained that it would not affect the cost and that he and his expert workmate would be able to handle the job. (Not only is Daniel the estimator, but he also does installations, so I felt confident that he knew what he was looking at and that the estimate was firm.) Since my door is an uncommon size, Daniel left without making promises about when the replacement could be made. He said he would call his sources to see if a suitable door was in stock. In less than an hour, he called back with good news, and a date and specific time was set for two days later. Again, Daniel called five minutes before arrival, which was right on time! He had the old door quickly removed and packed on his van, about the time his workmate, Tom, arrived with the new door. The pair worked very well together (I know, I watched), and had the replacement was complete before lunch. They were clean, friendly, and professional, working efficiently and effectively together. There were absolutely no faults with either their workmanship, habits, materials, or price. These guys provide superb customer service because they understand the linkage between customer satisfaction, their reputation, and sustained business and growth. Their online Angie's List reputation is a valued asset and they support it by providing the best possible customer service and satisfaction possible. If you do not call Daniel Whitehead at The Wright Door you have already started off wrong!

Miscommunication on time by provider, however he the came over immediately and not only worked on the one garage door as promised, he also worked on the second door for free. Very professional.

The services from The Wright Door was fine, it was good. They came out and again the schedule was easy. It went quickly. They were very prompt, they were professional. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me things that were not necessary.
