They came out right away, they were there when they said they would be, they were very professional, they did just a couple of minor things that were going bad, they replaced the rollers on the garage door and so forth, and his work time, everything. I was very pleased with them.

He came the following day, on time and changed out everything we talked about on the estimate. It went well unfortunately, until he had everything working properly, he couldn't check the sensors. They needed replacing also but it was 68.00 more. He had them on the truck, so he replaced them and only charged me for the extra parts.

Provider arrived on time and smoothly and efficiently did work agreed upon. I asked him about the rollers and he indicated that they might need to be replaced. I chose to have them replaced sooner rather than later. He was courteous and informative.

They were great, prompt and showed up when they said they would. They had the best price out of the companies I researched and they were available when I needed them which was great.

Dan and Tom was very professional to deal with. Never tried to up grade services. Service my gate less than 3hours of calling. They came out three times to fix three different problems. My experience with them was very good. They were on time and courteous. The price wasn't bad and it's reasonable. They called when they're going here. I will use them again if I have any issues.

Everything turned out great. I was pleased with their services that I used them again when I was having problems with my motor later on. They ended up replacing my opener for my garage door. Now, they are my go to guys and would recommend them to others.

I have a 95 year old house, and apparently it has the original garage door. This week, it was 18 degrees outside and I pushed the button to open the garage door, and BAM... I thought the garage door was going to crash to the floor. A chain link in one of the spring pulleys broke, sending one spring recoiling, ripping the bracket right out of the ceiling, and causing the garage door to list heavily to one side with one track dangling around. I immediately called another well known garage door company in St. Louis and the repair man came right now. He took one look and said "they don't make parts for this door any more, you need a new one." He promptly handed me a $2000 estimate and left. He clearly didn't want to deal with this door. Not trusting him, I called two other companies whom both of which also gave me new door estimates. I was ready to cash in and start looking for a new door, until my wife found Wright on Angie's Lise and gave them a call. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn't have been more professional! He told my wife "ma'am, I'm pretty confident than 99.9% of doors can be fixed." He came right over, and said it absolutely could be fixed but he wanted his boss to come assist so they could ensure it was done right. The next day, they came back and very quickly replaced the bad pulleys and chains with new pulleys and steel cabling. They also greased up the door, re-mounted the ceiling bracket, and wow! This thing hasn't worked this well since I've owned the house. The best part?!? The repair man (and I sure wish I knew his name) called my wife and said they did their best to keep the cost down and the repair would only be $185. Not to mention, he said he and his boss both agreed that the existing door was in excellent condition and does not need to be replaced any time soon. I was floored. These guys came over and did what was best for US, not for THEM. I give them an A++ and I will never use another garage door company again. I have several rental homes, so they just won themselves a dedicated customer.

I came home at 8:00 PM to a garage door that would not open due to one broken spring. I logged on to Angie's List to look for a garage door service provider in my area and found The Wright Door Co. I purchased their Garage Door Spring Replacement service at 8:15 PM and the work was completed by noon the following day. Very quick response!! The only issue I have is that this service included a full garage door inspection but I was not left with any inspection report and there was nothing mentioned to my wife about it. The good thing is that there was no Upsell pressure for any added services or extras. Overall I'm very satisified with The Wright Door!

They were great. They came out even though it was snowing and very cold here in St. Louis. I called them and asked them if they would like to do it some other time because I didn't consider it urgent and they said no they would be out and they were. They were there exactly when they said they would be. The guy was really professional and friendly. The pricing was competitive.

Initially, I was told to expect him "early" in the morning. I called about 10:30 and was told it would be another couple of hours or so. I would have appreciated a call to let me know that. The work was done well and efficiently.

Dan is the MAN! He was courteous, by calling on his way. Professional, he did what needed to be done in a timely manner. Every thing you could say positive Dan was. Everything works great and the new rollers have made the garage door opening and closing so much quieter! Great service, made sure that the customer was number one. Very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Extremely pleased. Very prompt service. The repairman took a look at the old one and fixed the problem for only $95. While here he also replaced the rollers on the door, which is something we had planned to do later. He saved us $225. Very impressed with the honesty. He could easily have put in the new one for the full amount. I will definitely use this company for future problems and will spread the word to neighbors and friends.

Fantastic! They arrived on time, did what we expected them to do, and were professional. We had rollers that wouldn't stay in the track, and they adjusted the track, replaced the rollers, and now it's quieter, and I'm comfortable that it's operating safely again.

The Wright Door Company representative was very pleasant, and explained that what was needed to service my garage door was not what was involved in the Angie's List offer. He advised that I should seek a refund for the service requested through Angie's List. I did agree to have him service the garage door in the manner he suggested. The work was performed quickly and accurately, and within the advertised time frame. I would commend the services of this company to anyone who needs his/her garage door repaired.

I have always had good experiences with them. I have used them before and they have really been good. They did not charge me anything extra.

Their service was great. Dan was out to fix our door less that 24 hours after my first call. He clearly explained our options with the pros and cons and pricing and in about 30 minutes had the door working again. I highly recommend Wright Door.

Dan came out this afternoon saying he didnt want us to wait for service. He showed up and fixed the light socket and reset the remotes for the opener. When my husband asked what we owed him he said that in good conscience he couldn't even do a service call charge since it only took 10 minutes to do. EHAT AN AMAZING THING TO DO for two senior citizens one of whom is recovering from major knee surgery!
