The Wright Door

I just moved into a new condo with a garage - my first garage! It was squeaking horribly, so I bought the big deal for Wright Door to come and tune it up and replace the rollers. I was worried that there was something seriously wrong with the door, and that this was going to cost me a ton of money. The man who came was so friendly and helpful!! He replaced the rollers and now the door is as quiet as a mouse. He also showed me how to update the code on the outside security box, sold me a new opener, explained the function of the garage door opener and light. He provided PHENOMENAL service!!! I would definitely recommend Wright Door - and will definitely be calling them on an annual basis for my garage door tune-ups!

Technician was prompt and professional. He replaced all the rollers and even a missing door hinge. He secured a poorly installed open/close button. Everything was lubed and otherwise checked. The garage doors are smoother and quieter now. It's very nice and worth the expense every few years.

later. Well, they were scheduled to arrive around 8 AM. I got a phone call from them at 7:58 AM stating they were on their way, and about 20 minutes later they were parked in my driveway and had rung my doorbell & asked if they could get started working. Two hours later, they were done. I now have a beautiful, secure and safe new garage door. Would DEFINITELY use these guys again!

It went well. I even had an issue after where the garage door wasnt going up all the way and they sent someone out that same day to fix it.

He was friendly, forth-coming and did exactly what needed to be done.

We were having trouble with our garage door closing. We thought we had the eyes lined up so we had no idea what was going on. Perhaps bad rollers. So we got the Angie's List deal for new rollers for $80. The rollers weren't the problem but he installed the far superior rollers anyway. He also identified my root cause which was loose wires where the optical eye wires and activation switch wires come into the opener unit. He re-stripped the wires and connected them up solid. No more problems! He also lubed all 3 garage doors at no extra charge. This guys was awesome. Great customer service. Pleasant attitude. Willing to go the extra mile to help me out and get this door running smoothly for a VERY low service cost that included very high quality rollers. I will absolutely call The Wright Door back if I have any future issues with any of my 3 garage doors!

Was at my house in less than14 hours of my call which was made at 6:30pm the night before. Came out in a quick manner, accessed the problems, and went to work and had it all completed (and then some!!!) in less than one hour. Extreme professionalism and knowledge - without a doubt an outstanding company that you want to have taking care of you!

He showed up on time. The work was done very quickly. He tuned up my gargage door, tightened all the bolts, lubed up everything and changed all the rollers. My garage door is like brand new now. He also gave me an update on the door and suggestions on what to watch for. He was very nice, puntual and a quick worker.

My garage door was very noisy and anything but smooth when it went up and down. Instead of just lubing the rollers which had been done in the past by others and me, Tom noticed that the pulleys were the problem and fixed them. I sometimes wondered if the door was going to come off of the track. It now goes up and down quietly and smoothly. He also came a little early because I had mentioned I needed to pick up my dog from the kennel. It was a great experience and very consumer oriented which I don't experience so much these days.

Dan called and arrived early for his appointment. Looked at rollers and began immediately replacing all rollers and then lubricated all rollers, hinges and chain. Noticed that during operation of door middle panels made noise and added brace to middle of door. Showed Dan gap in seal at bottom of door and ask for it to be replaced. Dan had no seal available and said one would be available the following week. Tom came out a week later to replace seal and found seal had contracted and didn't need to be replaced. Anchored one end of seal and stretched seal and anchored the other end. When we asked to pay for the service Tom said there would be no charge as Dan had been out the previous week. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and honesty of this company. Both Dan and Tom were great and now our garage door is more than 50% quieter. We highly recommend this company for any work needed on garage doors - they are great!

I paid for the service online then they contacted me next day and set up appt. They came the scheduled day and time. Couldnt have been any easier. Very polite also.

They were prompt and on time. They were very informative and didn't try to sell us extra things. They gave us some great tips for our door and we would definitely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big deal that I purchased. It was fine. Unfortunately we were unable to get the garage door working but I don't think it was his fault. He did look at it and fix it as much as he could. I had no complaints with him. He basically told me that he would have to replace the whole garage door motor, which was going to be $300-$400. I decided not to do that at the time so I didn't pay any additional.

I could not have asked for better service. He was quick to respond to my Angie's :List purchase and to setting the appointment within one day. Once on site, he explained all that he would do and when the service call was completed he further explained what had been done and some basic facts about the door operation. When I need garage door work in the future, The Wright Door will be my choice.

It went very well. He arrived on time, was quick with the repair and went the extra mile by oiling/greasing the garage door chain/drive. Very friendly and explained the repairs in detail.

They are very professional in their job. Whatever was promised was delivered.

He was prompt. He gave me the Angie's List deal even though I wasn't a member at the time. He sold me some hinge and joint lubricant to keep up with maintaining the gears. Overall I was very pleased.

Tom showed up right on time and went to work. All of the door hardware and the springs were lubricated. All of the existing rollers were replaced with quieter, more efficient rollers. The door now works more smoothly and quieter. Tom was very willing to answer questions and share tips on the care of the door and opener. He also re-coded the outside keypad. I would definitely recommend this company.

Dan did an excellent job and provided outstanding customer service. I cannot say enough nice things about how this company goes above and beyond others even in the first telephone conversation. From the start the technician was willing to help me trouble shoot rather than just charge me a ridiculous fee to visit my house. When I was unable to correct the issues with my door, Dan did make a house call to correct the issues with our receivers and found that some wires had been unhooked. I believe Dan said they were probably just some cheap wire caps that were builder grade came off and unhooked the wires. He corrected the issues within minutes and he only charged me a minimal fee for his fuel. I will definitely put The Wright Door Company on my service provider list for the future.

First of all, Tom was amazing! He was polite, courteous, clean, and on time!!!! He came out on a Saturday at no extra charge above the deal I purchased. If I remember his deal was about 10$ more than some of the Angie's list garage door companies, but for only 89$, I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to use the Wright Door. He called prior to arriving, and showed up at exactly the time he told me on the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable! He fixed all of my issues before he started the Angie's List Deal. My garage door sounds like it is brand new! It is so quite now with its new rollers, and lubrication. I now have a new emergency release handle that had been broken off. He taught me about the door components (because I wanted to learn) and cleaned up the job quickly. His documentation of the work he did was clearly written out on his receipt and there were no added extras. He even gave me a can of the lubricant he routinely uses at no extra charge, and taught me that Wd40 is not a good product for what most people tend to use it on. Not only will I use Wright Door again, but I will recommend them to all my friends! Of course, I really don't think I will need to use him again because I think my garage door was just given about 30 more years of life!
