Great service. Only did the work needed and did not try to sell me anything more. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.

Work went very well. Took maybe 30 minutes and both explained what they were doing as they were doing it.

Update 6/30/2014. The company responded immediately upon my initial review and cleared up the matter. The original call was for a tuneup. That went fine. Service man identified some additional repairs, which I agreed with. Though there were some communication issues, everything has been resolved.

Excellent. Had it fixed in 1 hr. Told me what to do over the phone.

What an awesome company. They emailed me to call them and after calling them back, they were out the next morning. The day of service, 6/19/16, the employee called at 9:00 am to make sure it was ok to come out in 1/2 hour. I asked if he could wait until 10 am because my daughter was still sleeping. He agreed. He then took another job and was able to get the springs replaced at 10 am. I thought it would take awhile so I texted my daughter at 10:30 PM to let me know when they arrived and they had already arrived, fixed and left by then. They also left a business card by the garage door opener. I will be sure to call them next time I have any issues with my garage.

It was a good experience. I was having problems with the door as sometimes it would work and other times, it would not. I thought it had to do with a bad electrical outlet but when I saw the deal on Angie's list, I decided to have them come out. The serviceman was very nice. He called to say he was on his way. He inspected the door and told me it was a very good door and should last forever. He had me stay and watch as he adjusted the door beams. It turned out that was the problem....something had knocked them out of alignment. He then oiled the rollers and put a Wright Door sticker on the door with phone numbers for future reference. He said to call him anytime and he would try to walk me through any fixes. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!

I purchased a deal on Angie's List at $190 for garage door spring replacement (including parts and labor). I purchased the deal on a Saturday, and Dan the owner called me on the following Monday to set up the service date. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM the following Tuesday. The serviceman showed up around 3:30 or 3:40 PM on Tuesday. I wasn't overly concerned about this, but they did not call me to tell me they would be late, which is why I gave them a B for punctuality. I looked over the problematic spring in the garage with the serviceman and let him get to work. He estimated that it would take him about 30 minutes to change the springs. About 2 hours later he was still working, and had called in another guy to help him out. It turns out that my garage door had originally been installed terribly and the Wright guys ended up fixing about 3 other problems for me at no extra charge. They reshaped the track, replaced a roller, and replaced a hinge. After all of that, they didn't ask for an extra nickel. These guys are professional, great at what they do, and really friendly. I will definitely call them in the future for all of my garage door needs and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks Wright!

It was amazing they came out and I thought we would have to get a whole new door. However they fixed it right up and we have not had a problem since.

The service worked out good. Everything was fine. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. He is nice and polite. The price was a good price.

Tom is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. I had both springs replaced on my very old door. Tom quickly replaced them and then for no extra fee - lubricated all the pin points on the door and put a bracket where it was sagging. . He then took a look at the neighbors door ( who have been having problems) also for no extra charge. My door now works better then when I moved in here 4 yrs ago !

Dan was fantastic as usual. He's been out a few times in the past, at no charge, to adjust some quirks with our garage. However, after we replaced the garage door opener-motor, it became clear that the previous home owners had installed the last garage door themselves and had inappropriately mounted the track. The entire left side of the track-mount ripped out of the garage door frame leaving us with garage door handing from the springs. When Dan showed up, we'd dismantled the door and pieced it back together well enough to hold. We'd called Dan on Saturday to make an appointment. He readily answered his phone and said that he could come out at 6pm on a Saturday (with an afterhour minimum) or we could wait until Monday. We scheduled for Monday and he arrived a little early, getting right to work. He worked for almost two hours, putting the frame/track back together, adjusting the track and springs, setting opener limits and explaining how the new opener worked. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable, extending additional information when I asked. I feel that we received excellent service and a very reasonable price. We fully recommend Dan.

The service was fine. Everything turned out just great. He was extremely professional, on time, did the work quickly and he left the garage cleaner than how he found it.

Dan came out after I called about a spring breaking on my garage door. He inspected what I had and said that he was going to put a heavier spring on my door since it was an eight foot door and would last longer. He replaced it pretty quick and since he was a little late he gave me 30 dollars off. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will def use him again and recommend him to friends.

Things went good with them overall. They were very fast. I made a phone call to them on Friday and they came here on Saturday.

We called today and they came right out to put in the new spring. Very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. We will call them again for sure.

I'd bought a "big deal" coupon for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement. Dan came out right on time on the requested day, took a look at my door, and told me the rollers were in fine shape and he didn't want me to have to pay for work I didn't need -- he tightened a cable (for free) and advised me to get a refund. I was so happy with him I asked him about putting in an automatic opener, which we'd been thinking of doing. He quoted me a fair price, went to do another call, and then came back in an hour and did the installation. He was fast, pleasant, and professional, listened closely to my requests, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He also programmed the opener to handle both garage doors and showed me how to do it myself. I'm delighted.

We would highly recommend using The Wright Door Co. Dan is very professional and doesn't do work that doesn't need to be done. We had him out last summer (2013) to fix both of our garage doors that our children and neighborhood kids broke by hanging from them. I just called him again this morning because we had a hinge that was starting to come off the door. When I called Dan, he said he was only a few minutes away and could stop by and see what he could do. He said the wrong kind of hinge was being used, so he replaced the hinge and also tightened up that section of door that was not as tightly fit as it should be. When it came time for me to pay him, he told me not to worry about it this time. We really appreciate Dan's service and will definitely call him for all of our garage door issues!!

They had to special order them because our door was very old and one-piece construction but they kept to the original price. Very nice and did not try to sell us a new garage door, We would certainly use them again.

Daniel called to tell me he was on the way..arrived on time. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and would not let me replace anything that did not need to be replaced. I wouldn't call any other company for future problems. He is THE GARAGE DOOR GUY!

It went great! Dan called about 15 minutes before heading over as he said he would. He arrived on time. He was courteous and professional throughout, from my first inquiry call to our cash-out transaction. He assessed the problem quickly. When fixing our garage door (the non-technical version of the problem was that it would not open), he used the parts that were best for our garage, not just what was most convenient. Dan said he had to try a few different springs on our garage. I appreciated that extra effort to find the right fit. After working for about an hour, Dan also made sure all aspects of the garage door were working properly and gave me some ideas how we could enhance our garage door experience in the future if we wanted to-- just as ideas. There was no pressure or heavy sell intended at all. I felt like he was just passing along his expertise, which I also appreciated as I do not know much about garage doors. There was a coupon for his company available on Angie's List but it was not the right coupon for what I needed, and he advised me in that direction when I asked as I did not want to spend money on the wrong thing. The garage door works great now!! He said we should not have any problems for years to come. Based on this experience, I would definitely use this company again.
