The Wright Door

During a power outage I used the manual release to open and close the garage door. When power was restored the door would not relatch. Called the company anticipating to make a service call. The gentleman instead spent about 5 minutes walking me through the process necessary to get the latching mechanism reset. This was free over the phone instructions and saved me the cost of a service call. The gentleman was very patient when the first attempts failed. It seems my opener is backward from most.

We originally called him because the garage door would not go down. It would start to go but would go back up. He came out on time, moved our garage EYES around and advised us that one of the eyes was loose. He drilled the eye plate into the wall and we have not have a problem since. He told us that he would not charge us for the problem. If we wanted him to make the noisy garage door (motor) less noisy he would fix the problem, and change out the rollers for a cost of $75.00. We had him change them out....he made the door purr and he was as nice, professional, and knowledgeable as anyone I have ever dealt with. I would recommend him to anyone. And would call him again in a heartbeat !!

Work was scheduled promptly, tech arrived on time and called to say he was on way. Job took about 45min. Tech was clean, knowledgeable, very courteous and prompt. Would recommend and will use again.

I have used the Wright Door Co. a couple of times previously and was quite satisfied with the work that was done before. I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for the garage door opener because of my experience with the company. Tom came by on the scheduled date and started his work which went very smoothly - removing the old opener and installing my new one. Before the new opener was installed - everyone in the neighborhood could hear when I was leaving or coming home because of the squeaks and noise with the old opener. Now the door opens and closes effortlessly and I barely hear the motor at all. I also got a key-less pad installed and I'm very pleased with the service. I highly recommend the Wright Door for any garage door issues and I will not hesitate to use them again if needed in the future. I give them a 10 out of 10!

We made the appointment and he inspected our garage and rollers and told us that we didn't need the deal. There was nothing wrong with our door and we just needed a plastic gear to wear out and replace it to stop the squeaking noise. I've used this company before and I highly recommend them. They're very professional, courteous, and trustworthy.

The service was very good. We enjoyed the technician, Tom. He was very personable.

Technician was very nice, very quick, and even replaced the door joints(outside of big deal package) for a small fee. I will definitely use them again as the gentle was very friendly and willing to not just do the work, but also teach me about what he was doing.

He was very good. He replaced the rollers on the garage door. he did that very quickly, and very efficient. We couldn?t get the garage door working from the car, but he got that working for us. It was very efficient and it works fine. So far so good, he was very useful.

Everything went well. The service guy was very professional, knowledgeable. The only issue was that he didn't bring enough door rollers and had to leave to get more.

It went really well. They sent one tech, and he was on time. It took him maybe a half hour to do. He worked on a double-width door. He replaced old metal rollers with nylon rollers, as well as checked the door opener for operation. He was very good.

The provider came to the house the same day I called. He quickly assessed the problem (door sensitivity not properly adjusted) and was able to bend the top panel back to its original function and appearance. Whereas I anticipated having to wait days for replacement panels, in less than an hour he was done. The next time I need garage door service, I know who I can depend on.

The repairman called and came within 45 minutes. He said the deal was for 2 springs and I had only a single spring setup.But he installed 2 springs and the door has never worked so well.t is quitter and smoother. The repairmen gave me a summary of the door guides and rollers conditions (good). He did not try to sell me any further service. Very happy with the work and personnel of this door company.

Wright Door showed up a bit earlier than scheduled, and completed the roller replacement within an hour. They also adjusted the electric eyes by moving them up slightly.

They came out to fix it and did a great job. It was a major repair and I felt their costs were reasonable.

The man was very professional and did more than required. He came the same day and was on time for the appointment. I would definitely recommend this company

Dan, who had previously done work for us, arrived promptly. He was very polite and respectful. He found the problem quickly and told me what the cost would be. He offered to just get the door down if I wanted to get other quotes. I did not hesitate to agree to have him do the work. I was very confident in his abilities and his honesty after he had saved me hundreds of dollars the first time I called Wright door out about my garage door opener. He finished the job in about 30 minutes,and let me know that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the company. The door now works perfectly. I will continue to call Wright door for my garage door needs, and would suggest them to anybody else in need.

Perfect. Tom was on time, pleasant, quick, very professional. His price was very fair, especially for responding so quickly on a Saturday. Our garage door springs, both, broke, and we could not open the door. Thanks Tom

We'd just had a less than pleasant experience with a concrete contractor, so our guard was up when Wright Door came out. Tom had been by earlier in the week to give us an estimate and I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly manner. He showed up today (on time) and began working immediately. He said it would take him about 4 hours and he was right on time wise. We were very impressed with the final look and he went into detail showing and telling us what he's done for the garage. So much quieter, so much smoother, he replaced things we didn't know were bad and it was part of the bid. Hauled away the old doors, left no mess behind. No extra's is what he mentioned and lived up to .We're probably never going to need any more garage doors, but if you're reading this, call them and see for yourself. Good people, dependable and honest.

Great! I was impressed with Tom's speed in getting the job done. He was able to install the opener the same day that I called to set-up an appointment. My husband said that Tom was pleasant and professional--he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I was happy that it was so easy to get the job done!

r.Had an appt set for 9 a.m. When 10 a.m rolled around and still no repairman called the Company. He explained that they had had a truck breakdown and were very sorry. Just a phone call would have explained the situation. With that being said the repairman was at my house within 25 mins. He was VERY apologetic. With that being said on inspection of the door explained that my problem was the pulley not the wheels which is what I paid for. He explained that because they were late he would replace the pulleys at no extra cost to me. He was very informative and curteous and finished the job within 30 mins.

It went great- The tech was very nice and had the job done very quickly. He even spent some extra time to help me sort out exactly what door I had and where to track down some parts. No upsell, no BS. Will recommend to friends and family

The only issue we had was the scheduling. I schedule the appointment for 11:00, but Dan came at 9:40. It was a miscommunication regarding the time, otherwise, the job was done timely. Dan was professional and knowledgeable about the type of service needed. He explained and show us what was being replaced and why. We will definitely use them again.
