Service person was polite, on time and thorough. I was very happy with the service.

from the very first day I contacted this company until the day they install the opener. I rate them A+. The service man John was very professional and friendly he explained everything to me and was very patient with me asking him a lot of questions. I called the company and they came out the same day. John called and said what time he would be here and he came right on time. I am so pleased with the service and the product. I will certainly recommend them to anyone .

With the thaw I solved the problem permanently. I recommend this company. They were punctual, knowledgable and professional .

Everything went very well. They replaced the rollers and it's working much better!

The gentleman arrived at the time specified clarified what I wanted done and went to work. He finished up the work in a short time and cleaned up any mess. He then told me what he had done, asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Then he locked up for me and left. He was profeeional and polite at all times. I will certainly consider using their service again.

The garage door springs broke over the weekend. I researched on Angie's List and contacted The Wright Door through your service. They responded within an hour on a Sunday and agreed to come out first thing Monday morning @ 7:00am. They were here early and had replaced the springs within 30 minutes. The door was running but he pointed out the rollers were old and as a result, the door was making a lot of noise. He offered to replace the rollers and not charge labor. I accepted and 10 minutes later, the door had new rollers and it is more quiet than it has ever been. The technician was on-time, very professional and extremely efficient. I will use them again, no questions.

After explaining the issue with the garage door opener not pulling the door open, Tom knew exactly what the problem was. He determined the drive gear was stripped. He replaced all the rollers and readjusted the springs as well as the safety cable. Then he replaced the drive gear. The whole time he worked, Tom explained what he was doing and why. He was very thorough, from the point of assessment through job completion. He even went as far to make sure the door made a complete seal when it closed after the job was done. Tom informed me that it's not about the sale; he and the Wright Door Co. care about the customer and getting the job done right, and he demonstrated that today. I highly recommend them!

Someone was at my house within a few hours. Explained what had happened and what they were doing to fix the problem.

It went great. Repairman called at 7:15 AM and was here by 7:30 AM. Took him approximately 30 minutes to complete the job. He was very knowledgable, efficient and had a great personality. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Showed up EXACTLY at the time they said they would. Fixed the springs in about 30 minutes or less. Did not try to sell me anything extra etc. Did suggest having a maintenance visit sometime later to replace the rollers, but didn't push the issue. Verpy professional, courteous, cleaned up after, did a great job, door works much getter now, he must have adjusted it perfectly because now it closes tightly and quietly compared to before. Quick, nice, no hard sell, they just do the job they need to do. Use them!

It was okay. They got out here and I'd assumed it was both garage doors, it turned out to be just one but that was my confusion not theirs. They were very courteous, very friendly and it was done thoroughly. They got the job done and were on their way. It worked out really well. The garage doors are very quiet now. We did schedule it and they were there on time.

Appointment was scheduled promptly. The technician was extremely knowledgable and helpful and fixed the problem quickly, plus got my other door opener going inexpensively that had been out of commission for months. He was also very helpful in explaining how to program remotes and about garage door opener operation in general.

Trust all of the other reviews you've read! We arrived home from an out-of-town trip at 6:30 on a Friday night and were greeted by a garage door that didn't want to get more than an inch off the ground. A quick search on Angie's List showed us The Wright Door was top rated. We filled out a the online form and within 15 minutes had talked to Dan and scheduled the repair for early Saturday morning. The responsiveness and quality of his work was great and we are back to enjoying the luxury of a working garage door opener!

I called and they were able to come to my house within hours. Amazing. Then he quickly diagnosed the problem with the door. No replacement parts even needed. Then I thought the garage door opener would have to be replaced because the transmitters that came with it are no longer manufactured and our had died. The gentleman from The Wright Door had a universal transmitter that worked with our garage door opener. What a blessing. The whole interaction was totally professional. Could not ask for any more. I am very impressed with The Wright Door. Upon returning home on a Monday night to find my garage door broken, I researched Angie?s List for a reputable company to call. Based on member reviews, I chose to first call The Wright Door (around 9:15 PM - expecting to get voicemail to leave a message regarding availability for the next day) and to my surprise they answered at that late hour and were kindly able to schedule an appointment for first thing the next morning. Dan was timely, courteous, professional, and very informative regarding the work my garage needed. I highly recommend him!

Terrific, prompt service. My wife and I are more than happy with our new garage door opener. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. In fact, we plan to use them again soon to install another opener for our other door.

The guy was awesome. Very nice, very professional. He didn't try to sell me anything, he told me cost up front and my garage door is totally different now. The door comes up quietly where it was really noisy before. Its smooth up and down, easy to even open manually which was really hard before. The door works like magic, I wouldn't call anyone else, love this company!

I called for an appointment and they were available the next day. Prompt and efficient. Still waiting on my receipt via email though since it was a rental house they took care of for me. Found them to be very reasonably priced.

I called on 10/20/2014 and Dan said he could come out on 10/22/2014 between 11-2. I got a call on Tuesday saying that an opening had happened and he wanted to come out. I, however did not get to the phone in time and when I called back he said that the spot had been filled but would still be there on Wednesday. He called about 10:00 a.m. and said he would be at my home in 20 minutes. He greeted my husband and was told that the opener was making an unusual noise. Dan greased the wheels and did a few other adjustments but the noise did not go away. He told my husband that it sounded like the opener was going out and would eventually need to be replaced. My husband asked how much it would cost and when could he do it. Dan said that he had a opener in the truck and he could do it right then. My husband asked how much and was told. He had been looking at openers and decided that if he had to do it all himself it would have been more than the price quoted. Told Dan to go ahead and replace the opener. He was done and completely cleaned up everything in an hour. If I ever need to have a garage door looked at again I will call The Wright Door Company and I will recommend them to anyone that asks!! Danny was responsive and informative throughout the entire process. He came the next day after I called and got the garage door opening in about an hour. He also advised me of the opener's condition and other related information that was useful. We will definitely use him again with any garage door issues we have.

fantastic. My garage door had slowly stopped working and finally I could not even open it manually anymore. consulted Angie's List last night and was pleased by all the positive reviews I read. called this morning early and was able to get an appointment same day. learned that the garage door had had inadequate springs installed for the size of the door (prior to my owning the house) and that in general, was assembled wrong originally. service man was courteous, prompt, skillful, knowledgeable and explained things well to me. I am very glad my garage door / opener is working again after not working for quite awhile. Thank you, Wright Door Co!
