Tom found that the cables were frayed and those were an additional cost, but he fixed everything and we would use him again if needed.

I can't say enough good. Tom was able to come our the next morning bright and early and was extremely professional and personable. He expertly replaced both springs on my door (one had broken) and then "tuned up" both of my garage doors. I have to say it was a pleasure talking with him and getting such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend The Wright Door Company.

Tech arrived on time, cleaned up debris, and took all trash with him when he left. Professional, friendly, and patient with my questions.

Technician was prompt and friendly. Work was completed quickly and the garage door functions much more smoothly now. He re-leveled it, replaced the rollers, and properly lubricated the door. We were very happy with the service delivered

I called this company after our springs on our garage broke close to 8:00pm on Monday night. Someone(I can't remember his name, but he was very nice) actually answered the phone and got us on their schedule for early Tuesdaymorning. By 9:00am on Tuesday our door was repaired. Excellent service - I would highly recommend!

Call this Company! Rarely do I have the opportunity to say Wow! when it comes to customer service, punctuality, and professionalism. After the installation, I bragged about this company all day long (and I will continue to recommend The Wright Door Company). I called at about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night and received a call back within a matter of minutes. I spoke with a person who said someone would be out as early as 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning. The man then asked if I would like a call prior to a technician arriving. I said yes. It was Dan that called at 6:45 saying that he was 15 minutes out. At 6:59 a.m. Dan knocked on my front door, when asked why he didn't ring the bell, he replied that he didn't want to wake anybody needlessly. Wow! Once in the garage, Dan did a quick assessment, explained to me exactly what happened to the garage door and then discussed several options for repair. Based on the age of the garage door motor, hinges, rollers, etc., I elected to just have him replace it all. He discussed prices and options and walked me through the entire process. He didn't once try any gimmicky sales stuff to get more money. He explained every option and recommendation in a clear and concise manner. Once everything was repaired, Dan took the time to explain everything, set up the car auto-link system, and took the time to answer every question. Dan noticed that the wood holding the garage door track, right above the spring, had separated and needed to be repaired. He actually removed parts that he had just bolted or screwed together and fixed a problem that in no way was his responsibility to fix - this was a piece of wood that had simply given way over time. We have a lot of work done since we are remodeling our house. This one experience was by far the best I've had in the last two years of dealing with any service provider. I'll say it again, Call this Company!

The technician was on time and very well spoke. he was courteous, clean, and well mannered. Importantly he really knew his stuff. Inside an hour and a half he had the owner come over to help cut the opener rail down to fit, installed the new opener, replaced all the wheels, lubed and inspected the whole thing. I was there watching as the door went up and down as he adjusted things to get rid of all the squeaks and sounds. Amazing experience. I highly recommend these guys!!

The garage door stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We couldn't close the door even with the emergency rope. I went on Angie's List, did my homework, and decided to use The Wright Door with a coupon deal. I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next morning,, but within 30 minutes I had a phone call! They would be coming out early on Monday morning. That night and the next morning had to be the coldest of the season. As promised, two technicians from The Wright Door came bright and early in the morning. They had the garage door fixed in less time than it took to brush my teeth! It is now July, and we have had no more issues with the door. I am VERY please with their service and would definitely call upon them again. They were prompt, couteous, professional and very reasonable. What more could you ask for? I high recommend this company!!!

This is the second time I used their services. The first time they installed a new garage door. My poor old door opener choked on the chain again, only this time the entire unit came apart. The gentleman wasn't certain it could be repaired, but he was willing to try. Within twenty minutes he had it up and running again. He was friendly, professional, and polite. I will use this company again when needed.

Doors were sounding noisy and operating roughly. They replaced all garage door rollers with new, tested and adjusted all doors. Doors now operate quiet and smooth. Accomplished in a professional and efficient manner. We recommend the Wright Door.

This was truly a wonderful experience. Like most estimates, we were only thinking we'd get a quote on a motor replacement and then schedule the work for the next week or so. We were able to get the estimate AND have the garage motor installed at the same time! It happened to work out that way. Not only did we get a new motor, but the motor and attachments are super quiet and the lighting on the motor is bright (we only have a dim light in the garage). The price was outstanding as I was thinking it would be closer to $500 after reading other company's reviews. I totally recommend The Wright Door Co. to anyone, and we would certainly use them in the future. We really could tell that the business owner(s) care about satisfaction and service - they made us feel like we are valuable customers.

Installed was very professional. Checked the door for issues and replaced ball bearings. Was very timely so he made sure all the door openers were working appropriately.

The 30-year-old garage door opener stopped working with my car inside the garage, and I could not open the door manually. After a little research on Angie's List, I called The Wright Door. Dan told me they give people who are stuck top priority and that he could be there in 20 minutes. And he was! Amazing. He diagnosed the broken spring and when I told him I would probably replace the whole door in the not-too-distant future, he made sure I knew my options--get the door working manually for now, or pay for new springs now and then again when the door is replaced. (The springs don't transfer.) There was no sales pressure at all. I opted for new springs now, and the whole job took about 40 minutes. Truly outstanding service.

A serviceman from the company came out to my house to work on quieting my garage door down. He examined the whole system and provided honest feedback on the quality of the door, # of springs, how long I could expect certain things to last, etc. I very much appreciated his honesty and he didn't pressure me to purchase additional services at this time. Once he was finished, I checked the garage door and noticed a significant difference. When I do need to replace certain things, I will definitely be calling this company to do the work.

Very well. The guy 'Dan' was extremely knowledgeable. He had ready answer and resolution for almost every issue I had with the garage door. He would hear the sound on the door and tuned every small thing. You could see how precisely his hands were moving to change / fix things (I being an engineer, I really appreciated that). At the end we were left with one squeak and he tried few things, but would not work. He said that is the best he could, but I could see in his words he did not want to give it up. He tried one more thing - that did not work. He finally tried one more thing - and that nailed it. My garage door sounds very good now. Very please. I would hire them anytime again.

Everything went great from the minute I purchased the Angie's Deal. Dan called within one day to get a better understanding of what I needed and within a couple days was out to measure the door. Was on time for installation and got immediately to work. Was very polite and professional and let me know when job was complete so I could look it over. Made sure I was able to open and close it. Did a great job of cleaning up, too. Will definitely refer friends to Wright Door.

Called Saturday and they were out first thing Monday morning.. Excellent, on time. Very nice. Works great now and he showed us how to reprogram the keypad if we need.
