The Wright Door

Went great. They are nice friendly guys who do good, quick work. Dan came on time, and had both doors finished within an hour. The doors go up quietly and smoothly now. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

They were absolutely great. They arrived quickly, replaced the broken spring (I opted to have both springs replaced) and installed new rollers with no additional labor fee and were quite reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

The service man was courteous and efficient. He knew his business and was here on time and finished in about an hour. The doors work like new...quiet as a mouse!!! Very well done job.

He was friendly and professional. He arrived at the agreed upon time and did a wonderful job. The tune up made the door work like new. I asked for his card so I can tell others in need of repair to call them. I will be calling them for any future garage door needs.

Dan showed up and told me there was actually nothing wrong with my garage door and showed me the actual problem and how to correct it. He then told me I should request a refund since he didn't actually do anything. Dan was extremely friendly. The fact he drove about 40 miles to do the job and then not charge me will definitely put The Wright Door at the top of my list when I do encounter a problem in the future.

They were prompt, polite and fast. They came right in and accessed our issues and repaired everything very quickly.

The service tech gave us several options for openers. He told us why each one would work for our garage door. I called my husband to get his opinion and the tech talked him through all the options. We decided on one and he installed it and showed us how to sync our vehicles to the new opener, so that we would have enough remotes for our teen drivers to have one for their cars.

Everything went great - I noticed around 10pm that the spring coil on our double garage door had snapped so I filled out the online form and told them they could call as early as 6am because we needed to be able to get our cars out of the garage for work around 8am. He called at 6am and was at my house by 7:15am and had the door fixed by 7:45am. Great response time and quality work!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Our door was damaged in the evening and Dan showed up the next day at 6am because he new I was concerned not being able to close the garage door. He took measurements and then returned the same day with the owner to install both doors. They were competitive, professional, fast and did beautiful work. I highly recommend this company.

I was impressed that the owner answers his phone on Sundays...and gave me the option of waiting until the next day to avoid an additional charge. He actually walked me through what to do to get the door open so I could get my car out and promised to be there Monday morning at 7:30am (he was - and called to let me know he was on his way.) I was very impressed with this high level of customer service - and the work that was performedd.

Tom was very responsive and came the same afternoon I called. I am excited with the new opener and a key pad. My opener was pretty old. He came when he said he would and was very nice and showed me how to work all the new gadgets. Very happy.

It was wonderful from start to finish! They are punctual, professional, and do an outstanding job with all aspects of their work. Dan came to give us an estimate right on time. He was very professional and helpful and even created a new estimate very quickly when we decided we wanted different doors. They were able to schedule the installation quickly because the doors were in. Tom and Dan came to do the install right on time and were done in under 4 hours. Everything looks fantastic and they cleaned everything up when they were done. In addition, the products are outstanding! We obtained three estimates. The costs were all very close with Wright being the least expensive. However, the other two companies' products were not as good as the Wright Door products. The R Value for the door we chose was 10.25 with Wright. Similar doors with the other two companies were less than seven. The situation was the same with the openers. To get the same quality product Wright provided it would have cost more with both companies. So, Wright was the least expensive and had the highest quality of the three estimates we received. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend them.

The provider came and worked on both garage doors. He also pointed out some issues with the existing garage door and recommendations. Very knowledgeable.

I took advantage of an Angie's List coupon and got a garage door tune up. Never had one before, only repairs, but this tune up helped the noisy closing and they also adjust some other things. I'm very happy with the promptness of the contact and they showed up on time and got it done in about 30 min. I'm keeping their name and will use them again either for another tune up or if something goes wrong.... hey, that's a good slogan... if your garage door goes wrong, choose the Wright Door : ))) Five stars and thanks Angie's List for highlighting this service and making it a bargain as well!

Wright Door clearly cares about customer service. I highly recommend this company. Prompt, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I had scheduled with them for 7 AM. He arrived at 7:30 AM, but called at 6:30 AM to let me know. I give him points for punctuality since he then arrived at 7:26 AM and he was done by 8:48 AM. (He called me when he arrived and called again to let me know he was done. Never came to the door, so I have all the times on my phone.) I was impressed with his professionalism and with the product that he installed. It is very quiet. The previous opener was uneven and caused the door to bump and bang and make all kinds of racket. This has a very soft open and close and definitely has the power to open and close the door.

The gentleman, Dan, was on time and very pleasant. He listen to my concerns about the door sticking and the labored sound that it made as it went up or down. He explained what the deal covered and fortunately, for me, all of my concerned were covered under the deal. It didn't take long and had it running like a brand new door. We talked about the newer key pads out there and he told me that my current garage door opener would not support the new technology. Dan didn't try to sell me a new opener that would support the technology, in fact, told me my current one worked perfectly. I feel this is an excellent deal as how many times do you raise and lower your garage door a year. He also told me if there was a problem, all his work is guaranteed.
