The experiece with this company was terrible! Cancelled the first appointment and did not show up for the second appointment! Buyer beware!

A great experience.

He was very thorough and pleasant. The only thing I didn't like is that I did not receive a callback from them.

We have used Marler and Eiford before and are using them currently on a third project. Started at the agreed time, worked quickly, asked me to double check the work, and corrected areas with which I was dissatisfied on the spot. Price was reasonable. Larry is very courteous and good with children, easy to have around. Will consider for general contracting/remodeling in the future. Definitely recommended.

From the outset, Marler and Eiford was fantastic. Larry Marler called me right away and scheduled a time to meet with me to discuss our needs. I showed him and his partner Ryan Eiford the areas we wanted to work on and explained my general concerns. They both proposed cost-effective ways to meet our needs (for example, instead of replacing the entire vanity or even the counter AND bowls, he suggested simply replacing the bowls and faucets for a fresh new look). Larry committed to a time frame and stuck to it, he checked in on us every day to be sure we were comfortable with the work being performed. His team was incredibly professional and prompt. Ryan Eiford was also fantastic. He focused on details and moved the projects along effectively. Their workers were very good, too - prompt, professional and courteous. We left them alone in our home when we went to work or needed to run errands, and then popped in occassionally to check on the work throughout the week. They were wonderful. Worked well independently and did excellent work. All and all, this was the best experience I've had with a contractor/handyman service since we purchased our home in 2004 - and I've hired a lot of service providers over the years. We plan to buy a new home soon and to rent the home Larry and Ryan helped us update. When we buy our new home, Larry and Ryan (and their team) will be the folks we call to update the new house.

They were wonderful. Their estimate was spot-on, their service was spectacular. Very friendly, punctual, and professional. I love that I got to choose where I purchased the materials - they even assisted me with the shopping and offered suggestions! Their "blue tape satisfaction guarantee" is a wonderful idea! (Upon completion of the project, you withhold 10% of final payment and get a chance to live with your remodel for a day or two. You go around and tag items that you want touch-ups on with blue tape.) Even though it was a major remodel, we never felt intruded upon. The guys would even set up our kitchen table at the end of the work day so that we could have dinner! I highly recommend them!!

Larry was great!! He emailed as soon as I purchased my coupon. We scheduled a work date and he was right on time. Completed the job in a professional and careful manner. Super careful about cutting in and doing a neat job. I was really glad to have someone so personable and dependable do this job for me. Will call for more work in the future. Highly recommend!!

Larry was able to come out within a couple days and bid the project. We liked the price and hired him on the spot. He had his employee there within two business days and the work was completed on time, (one day) and without any problems. Larry also gave us good advice on some other projects. We appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, and promptness--and good humor! An excellent value for the price. We are currently considering him for other projects.

I took advantage of the coupon for painting interior for my kitchen. They were very professional and accommodating as I needed a quick response and they worked me in. The contractor was courteous, prompt, and personable. The job was done quickly and without mess. I am very pleased. I will definitely use them again.

Two coats of paint went up in about 2.5 hours. Prompt and courteous experience and I definitely plan to have them back out again in the later half of the year, so as to help me with a kitchen remodel. These guys need a website!

Experience was outstanding. Communication before and after the appointment was very responsive. They accommodated our schedule, on short notice and arrived on time. Two coats of paint were up and ready to review in about 3 hours and I had no complaints. The work was as good as anything I have ever seen, and a magnitude better than what I would have achieved. Definitely worth the money spent. In fact, I picked up another coupon and had them back out to do another room.

I was very impressed! They were extremely fast had getting the clean up and work started. Larry worked with my insurance company and made sure all documentation and everything was in order. They cleaned each night by sweeping and picking up and at the end they vacuumed and mopped where needed. They are very clean!! Larry and Ryan are both very professional and walked me through each step of the process. They are very patient and not only do the physical work, but also take time out to help you will color selection, etc. when asked. They want to make sure you are happy with all aspects of the work being done.

Once the work began they were very conscious about making sure drop cloths and plastic was down at all times as to not get any other areas messed up. They cleaned each night and at the end made sure everything was vacuumed, cleaned, and better than new. I am so happy with all the work they have done that I brag about them all the time and love to show off my tile floors they have done. I get nothing but complements on how my place looks from everyone who comes over. In addition, I wanted new carpeting throughout my property and Larry was so nice about referring a company he had previously used and was familiar with and worked with them to help me get just what I wanted. If you want a full service contractor these are definitely the guys to use!!!

Larry and Ryan were referred by a friend and I must say that I'm very glad that they were! We were very comfortable working with them and having them in our home for several weeks. They spent a significant amount of time with us picking things out and shopping around for the best prices. They truly have great taste which made the design process much easier. The fact that they're qualified to do most of the work themselves meant that we did not have to have an electrician or a plumber come in to handle things separately. They were considerate of the mess that was made and they did a good job in keeping things clean. My wife and I would strongly recommend this company as they are very respectful, punctual and do great work. I already have plans to have them come back to replace my entry door as well as several light fixtures in the near future. Pictures of our new beautiful bathroom to come soon!

It was reassuring knowing I had someone familiar with the insurance side of it to help with my questions and making sure I gave them the proper documents. I am so happy with all the work they have done at my place that I brag about them all the time. I get nothing but complements from everyone who comes over. Larry and Ryan were both very professional during the entire process. They were willing to answer any and all questions and were always patient when explaining each step of the process to me. They worked with me on helping me choose designs, colors, etc. It was always my choice as to what I wanted to do, but they were very helpful when it came to what choices I had. If you want things done to perfection I would definitely hire Larry and Ryan. They won't stop until things are done...and done right.
