Description of Work: I have been a pest control customer for many years with terminix the cost was getting too high. We use them for termite maintenance too. The service is great very responsive if they have to return.

Description of Work: Terminex does a good job, but they are very expensive, I think, for the amount of work they do. When I had termite protection as well as regular pest protection, I could not coordinate both services on my member account on the website. They also had a huge problem with notifying of appointments and then not showing up. That has improved. I would get another service that is cheaper, but I don't have bugs so am reluctant to change.

Description of Work: I've been on contract with Terminix for about 15 years. No problems. If I see something that makes me scream, I call them, they come out and take care of it. Nothing glamorous or very different from other exterminators, but since they perform regular (every other month) service, I don't see much. As it should be.

Description of Work: They come twice a year to check outside parameters and inside the home for signs of termites. Our biggest complaint is the increases in billing every year. We've been able to negotiate the amount of bill but are having to do it every year. The amount went up to $290 this year. After discussing with company they agreed to $193. We've used their services for over 15 years and this would be my biggest complaint.

Description of Work: Workers are always willing to go the extra mile - our current representative is professional, friendly and thorough. However, the office continues to make appointments without notifying me, which I have repeatedly asked them to do so I can make sure our dogs are kept inside during and after the visit.

Description of Work: I had Terminix pest control service as well termite protection for most of the 16 years I lived in my old house. The technicians were almost all extremely friendly and knowledgable. The rare exceptions didn't last long. If pest control wasn't decided by my current HOAi would still be using Terminix. Just be sure you always ask for last year's pricing!
