Description of Work: We were hearing scratching and other various animal sounds coming from out second story ceiling. We were nervous that animals may have burrowed into the roof, so, after reading the reviews we called Rottler. Despite the busy holiday season they scheduled an appointment in just a few days. Two technicians arrived promptly during the provided window. They were very polite, thorough and professional, inspecting the roof, side of the house, basement, etc. Ultimately they concluded that there was no burrowing - and the sounds were just coming from animals scurrying across the roof. That was a huge relief, and I was impressed with the integrity of not charging me to solve a problem I didn't actually have. I would definitely trust Rottler if I had any future issues.

Description of Work: We wanted an inspection of our attic and an estimate for woodpecker damage and to prevent future problems. We were concerned that a squirrel could have entered in the holes made by the woodpeckers. The tech showed up on time but did not do an attic inspection or get his ladder off the truck and check the holes for nests. He did not offer us any recommendations other than to get out house sided with steel or vinyl!!

Description of Work: I have a contract for service every other month. My tech, Mike Williams, is punctual, polite, efficient and very helpful. He recently became certified as an etymologist and knows a lot about various pests and how to deal with them. He calls to schedule at the same convenient time for the service. I appreciate the thorough service I get from Mike and the Rottler Company.
