The very young looking technician did a quick check of the unit in the basement, replaced the filter, which we had, then spent 10-15 minutes looking at the outdoor unit. We requested information about the system they installed for the previous owners of our house, ( single zoned system with internal ducts ) which he he didn't appear to know much about. After he left, we noticed that the outdoor unit had not been cleaned.
