Rapid dry exceeded my expectations. They took care of everything for me! Being pregnant it was very important to me that I didn't have to do any of He work with my belongings as well and some other companies were wanting to charge me outrageous amounts or wouldn't even handle my belongings. Rapid dry took care of it all for a fair price! I was very pleased and would highly recommend!

It was raining on the day of scheduled inspection. Grant texted and left voice message that he was running late due to the rain, but should be arriving within 15-30 minutes. He did show up as he promised and checked every spot that I was concerned and explained in great detail of what he was doing. He found some leakage in basement toilet. He also recommended putting up a dehumidifier in the basement during winter in case the humidity gets high. He confirmed that nothing else looks wrong, which was a great relief for us. We are so happy to find Grant!

Rapid Dry was at my home within hours of the call. They did a thorough investigation in the attic to determine if any leakage or water damage had occurred. They found that there wasn't any, and showed me pictures so I could feel confident in their evaluation. They did not charge me for this evaluation, since there was no damage, and no work required. In addition, since we had a storm shortly after their service call, they contacted me to follow up and make sure the roof repair had been taken care of, just in case I needed to cover the area to protect from the rain. This company has an amazing customer service approach, and I highly recommend them!

Everything went incredibly smoothly. Grant and his team were very professional and thorough. They explained the necessary work and didn't try to sell work that didn't need to be done. They patiently answered any questions, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. They made themselves fully available via phone or text to address any concerns. All of the paperwork for contracts and payment was always handled in a timely manner.

We discovered the issue on Tuesday evening after 6 pm. Contacted Grant then to set up an appointment. We explained that the mold issue was holding up our kitchen renovation and were very happy that he was able to get out to us Thursday morning. If you don't already know, that can cause major problems in your home immediately, or more-so over time. I recently became concerned about possible mold issues and ways to cost-effectively remedy my situation. Basically, that's all I told Grand over the phone as I reached out for help that Thursday evening. He said he'd be "happy to come take a look at everything" and see how he could help. Upon his arrival around 11:30 am Friday it felt as though he were a friend just stopping by to "help a brother out!" He gave me advice about my outside drainage systems as soon as he exited his vehicle as he saw possible improvements I could make myself. Attention to detail; that's what I look for in professionals, as well as cheap do-it-yourself fixes! So, down to the basement and crawlspace we went. Grant gave me his honest opinion about my situation. By honest, I mean he didn't attempt to sell me services that I didn't need. It went great. Kim one of their workers was really good. She really knew her stuff. Grant took care of the paperwork with the insurance company & it went very smoothly. They kept me posted on where everything stood.

I have been having mold issues at my residence and been arguing with my land load to get it removed. My land lord kept telling me that there was no mold at my place and that he had it all cleaned up. I called Rapid Dry out to have my own test done for my son was getting sick all the time. Grant came out to conduct a mold test on my house, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of what was needed to clean it up. Upon hearing about my situation he provided me with all the pictures and documentation he had showing there was mold in my house. He has written several letters to my landlord for me. He is continuing to work with me to get my landlord to clean up the mold so my son can lead a normal health life.

Came in on time set the appointment, explained what they would be doing. They did more than I thought would be done very good attitudes even them. They had such mess to clean. Water damage mold testing and remediation.

Awful. They stole so much from my house and threw out many things that were no damaged. Items were stolen and he brought in a bunch of temps to attempt to clean it up, none of whom knew what they were doing.

Grant was out the day we called even though they were slammed due to rain the previous night, they had an industrial dehumidifier in the next morning, had the floors and trim removed within 2 days, and 11 commercial grade fans going soon after that. We were very pleased with the service they provided and would be happy to use them again. They even worked directly with our insurance company to ensure all the details were taken care of.

Awful, very upsetting and troublesome.

As soon as they started there were problems. Grant and his crew threw out many things that should not have been thrown out, (including all appliances, all counter tops, toilets, cabinets, vanities, many personal items all of which my adjuster said should never have been discarded.The bill Grant sent State Farm was over 30K and State Farm would only pay 16K. I was harassed over Labor day weekend because Grant kept coming to my hotel putting gifts for my dog in front of my door and then calling me from the street to get them. He lied all the time, was VERY unprofessional, unethical and a bad liar. This company was very difficult to work with and I would recommend going someplace else for these services. I had a stroke and I believe Grant took advantage of me and would not give me the 10% discount from Angies List senior discount and raised his voice many times when I stated the facts. Run away from this company. I can and will prove everything I have written.

Grant was absolutely amazing! I called about a potential leak that was causing wood floor damage. He came out the very next day and made it work with my work schedule. He was prompt and very professional. He took a look at the issue, did some investigating all the time walking my husband and me through his process. Turns out there was not a leak, but he spent an hour taking his time making sure he wasn't missing anything. After all that, there wasn't even a charge for his time. That's the type of customer service I look for in companies today, and I will definitely be recommending him wherever I can, and using him for future needs!
