Grant was amazing and I would absolutely recommend him and call him again! He responded quickly to my request, kept me posted on when he'd be here, he is honest and identified what we needed done quickly. He took photos of exactly what was going on in our attic and showed me in relationship to where we could see damage.

Grant scheduled an appointment for us the day after I first contacted him, called to confirm the appointment when he was on the way, and showed up as promised. He evaluated the situation and went to great lengths to convince me that I could do the work myself. Doesn't get more honest than that. If we need mold testing or remediation in the future, we'll call Grant again.

Grant's crew did an exceptional job locating all the areas that suffered water damage. They quickly removed all the wet material and did a wonderful job drying out the house as well as cleaning up after. The men that came in were very courteous and respectful.

Grant was awesome. He was very responsive and very honest about what he saw. He pulled the baseboard off and inspected for any additional damage. Given there was minimal damage and it did not appear the water seeped through the floor or wall, he suggested some things i could do myself rather than have to pay him money to do things i could very easily do. Honesty and being straightforward are things that are often hard to find today. He did not recommend drilling holes or putting dryers in as there was not need. He did not try to up sell me or anything like that. I would definitely call Grant again. Great experience. Definitely recommend.

The gentleman, Grant Erfert, who checked out my house was extremely honest. I had another gentleman out who was with a major tern=mite co. told me I had mold all over and I needed $1800 worth of work. So I had it checked out by professional mold remediation companies out to double check and they both said I didn't need work.

Grant showed up 15 minutes after the plumber fixed the pipe. Helped walk ,e through processing my insurance claim. Gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and had equipement there immediately to start working on the project. He is amazing! I would hire them again in a heart beat

Grant is the owner and personally attended to much of the cleaning. He was extremely professional, courteous and timely. Very honest about nature of time and materials needed. Could not ask for a better experience for what otherwise was a very difficult job. Would recommend to anyone with need for major cleaning challenges.

Rapid Dry provided us with wonderful service. A shower leak on the upper level of our home had caused water damage to the drywall of the ceiling of the room beneath that shower. Grant was in the area and came to inspect the ceiling on a Saturday, within the hour. Since the issue was localized to a very small area, he provided us with options that did not necessarily require extensive mold remediation. We greatly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and care to customers. If we or anyone we know may need a consultation for mold remediation or water damage in the future, we will definitely call or recommend Rapid Dry.

Grant with Rapid Dry has come to take a look at concerns I had on two different occasions and was fantastic. The first time he came I was calling on behalf of my HOA for some water damage in a common area. We were required to get 3 bids. Of the 3, he was the only one to actually seem to give an honest evaluation. One guy hardly looked at it and seemed wishy washy about what was needed. Another guy gave me an enormous quote and just told horror stories and was ready to rip up all our 100 year old walls. Grant really shot me straight. He explained why it was unlikely we had mold in the walls after a pipe had burst the year prior (type of construction, no smell, look of damage, etc.). He told us what they could do but didn't try to upsell and made solid recommendations. He didn't charge a dime for this great advice or the trip out. A year later, days before an appraisal, I found some nasty stuff in my personal unit under the water heater and called Grant asap. He came out the next day. Fortunately it wasn't as horrifying as it looked and my husband dealt with it himself with some bleach and a mask that night. Grant still came over, looked at our efforts assured us we were fine and on the right track, and again, didn't charge us for the trip. This morning I recommended him to a friend and was reminded I needed to call him about water damage (for real this time) in our current house and was overdue to leave him a review! Seriously, hire these guys. They won't unnecessarily scare you to make a buck, they're nice and really responsive. For me, its important to know I can call someone trustworthy for this kind of thing.

I called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. They quickly dried the basement and saved us a lot of money. They saved drywall and carpeting because they reacted so quickly. They also cleaned everything really well and explained everything very well. It was just done very professionally and on time.

Rapid Dry was great! We had water in our home after extensive rains this spring. We were able to get Rapid Dry into our home quickly and they did an excellent job. They were able to accommodate my schedule and install the dehumidifiers late in the evening and were so quiet they didn't wake up my sleeping kiddo! AMAZING! They were so helpful and gave me great peace of mind while I dealt with this minor home disaster while my spouse was out of town. They're a wonderful group of people, highly recommend them.

Grant checked it out and said it was efflourescence, which could be washed away with a mild detergent. He also inspected the rest of our basement and gave recommendations on how to prevent mold. Really helpful!

That turned out really well; they did a good service. They did find some mold, I did have to pay extra because I believe they had to remove drywall, whatever the cost was it was reasonable for what they did. I called some other places and they never even called me back and this guy called me back right away. I was satisfied with the work they did. I don't believe they overdid anything, they didn't jack up the price, I knew where the spots were on the wall. I was there when he did the assessment, but I wasn't there when the guy did the work.

Based on his assessment we agreed that I would talk to my neighbor (need access to that side of my house through his yard), and check out the brick to see if there's a crack, etc. If there is, I can just plug the breach and that should do it. If not, I will monitor and give Grant a call back. It was a good experience because Grant was honest, thorough and friendly. He wasn't trying to, and didn't sell me a thing. Just gave an honest and thorough assessment. We will continue to monitor and if we need to call back, we will.
