Rapid Dry

Rapid Dry provided us with wonderful service. A shower leak on the upper level of our home had caused water damage to the drywall of the ceiling of the room beneath that shower. Grant was in the area and came to inspect the ceiling on a Saturday, within the hour. Since the issue was localized to a very small area, he provided us with options that did not necessarily require extensive mold remediation. We greatly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and care to customers. If we or anyone we know may need a consultation for mold remediation or water damage in the future, we will definitely call or recommend Rapid Dry.

Grant with Rapid Dry has come to take a look at concerns I had on two different occasions and was fantastic. The first time he came I was calling on behalf of my HOA for some water damage in a common area. We were required to get 3 bids. Of the 3, he was the only one to actually seem to give an honest evaluation. One guy hardly looked at it and seemed wishy washy about what was needed. Another guy gave me an enormous quote and just told horror stories and was ready to rip up all our 100 year old walls. Grant really shot me straight. He explained why it was unlikely we had mold in the walls after a pipe had burst the year prior (type of construction, no smell, look of damage, etc.). He told us what they could do but didn't try to upsell and made solid recommendations. He didn't charge a dime for this great advice or the trip out. A year later, days before an appraisal, I found some nasty stuff in my personal unit under the water heater and called Grant asap. He came out the next day. Fortunately it wasn't as horrifying as it looked and my husband dealt with it himself with some bleach and a mask that night. Grant still came over, looked at our efforts assured us we were fine and on the right track, and again, didn't charge us for the trip. This morning I recommended him to a friend and was reminded I needed to call him about water damage (for real this time) in our current house and was overdue to leave him a review! Seriously, hire these guys. They won't unnecessarily scare you to make a buck, they're nice and really responsive. For me, its important to know I can call someone trustworthy for this kind of thing.

The sales manager came out and confirmed that what I was doing was correct (this was my 3rd time), and offered to come back afterward and check the moisture levels. He was super professional and helpful, even though he didn't get any direct business from me on this job. Thank you!

I called in the morning and they were out that afternoon. They quickly dried the basement and saved us a lot of money. They saved drywall and carpeting because they reacted so quickly. They also cleaned everything really well and explained everything very well. It was just done very professionally and on time.

Rapid Dry was great! We had water in our home after extensive rains this spring. We were able to get Rapid Dry into our home quickly and they did an excellent job. They were able to accommodate my schedule and install the dehumidifiers late in the evening and were so quiet they didn't wake up my sleeping kiddo! AMAZING! They were so helpful and gave me great peace of mind while I dealt with this minor home disaster while my spouse was out of town. They're a wonderful group of people, highly recommend them.

Grant checked it out and said it was efflourescence, which could be washed away with a mild detergent. He also inspected the rest of our basement and gave recommendations on how to prevent mold. Really helpful!

Grant came on time, called me to check on things, was always at my house when he said he would be. Couldn't be any happier with Grant and Rapid Dry.

Grant was referred by Bier Plumbing. He was very through with his inspection and gave me recommendation for tile work to be done.

That turned out really well; they did a good service. They did find some mold, I did have to pay extra because I believe they had to remove drywall, whatever the cost was it was reasonable for what they did. I called some other places and they never even called me back and this guy called me back right away. I was satisfied with the work they did. I don't believe they overdid anything, they didn't jack up the price, I knew where the spots were on the wall. I was there when he did the assessment, but I wasn't there when the guy did the work.

Based on his assessment we agreed that I would talk to my neighbor (need access to that side of my house through his yard), and check out the brick to see if there's a crack, etc. If there is, I can just plug the breach and that should do it. If not, I will monitor and give Grant a call back. It was a good experience because Grant was honest, thorough and friendly. He wasn't trying to, and didn't sell me a thing. Just gave an honest and thorough assessment. We will continue to monitor and if we need to call back, we will.

They were out to my house within an hour of when I called after the water line broke. They were very professional and their communication was great!

It went great. The employees were wonderful and stayed in touch with me. They cleaned the entire basement and did the air ducts as well. They tested for mold afterwards and provided a written test and a mold clearance letter that really helped in case I want to sell the home. I would certainly recommend them again if I ever needed them

I called Rapid Dry to come check out some minor water damage, and what I thought was mold growing on my basement wall. Grant Erfert came promptly at our appointed time to assess my basement. He saved me a lot of money by pointing out things I could simply do myself to prevent water leaking into my basement, and to keep it dry. He also assessed the outside of my home and showed me where and why water was leaking into my basement and how to simply remedy the problem myself. What I thought was mold, Grant said it was not mold (thank God). He sprayed some antimicrobial on the places that got some water damage. I’m so happy and pleased that I called Rapid Dry. He was a very pleasant and honest person to work with. I would highly recommend Grant Erfert and Rapid Dry. It’s so very rare these days to find a business that is not out to rip you off. I spoke with Grant and he came out the next morning. He conducted his inspection and much to my relief, there was no mold. He did tell me about a moisture issue in the crawl space and gave me some recommendations for taking care of it. When I asked how much I owed him, he told me there is no charge for the inspection. I felt he was very honest, forthright, and definitely professional. I absolutely recommend him.

We had a plumbing leak behind the wall in our kitchen pantry resulting in mold. Grant from Rapid Dry came right out and sprayed the mold. He was great - very friendly and professional. The spray even smelled good!

Great, called on a Saturday, and Grant came out to inspect the damage first thing Monday. Grant checked to see if there was still signed of moisture in the wood and behind the drywall. He also did a mould test at my request, and we got the results back later in the week! Service was excellent.

Grant was fantastic, he assessed my situation and was quickly able to form a game plan to repair my water damage and alleviate my mold concerns. He checked all areas of concern in my home, which required him to remove items from under my sink. He returned all items with care, including refolding bath mats, which he had removed. This may seem insignificant, but in this day and age of poor customer service, I appreciated his level of detail to even the smallest things. I would highly recommend him to anyone with water damage concerns.
