Description of Work: They cleaned my daughters entire 1400 sq ft house for one time fee shown. They had quoted me that it would be $165. Arrived at given time, did an excellent job and since it didn't take as long did it for the $115. |

Description of Work: This was my initial cleaning, so the price was higher. I am having them come out once a month, and the regular charge is $98. I have two cats, a son, and a grandson, and I work full-time, so they had some work to do! I was thrilled to come home to a clean-smelling house with gleaming floors and tile, sparkling bathrooms, and NO CAT HAIR! They swept, mopped, vaccummed floors and couches, dusted, cleaned mirrors, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, appliance surfaces and countertops, microwave, and left no evidence that they'd ever been there--other than a clean house. And it only took two people two hours! I wish I had done this years ago. I can hardly wait until they come out next month. It's like a birthday present to myself!

Description of Work: Molly Maid was great. They responded to my phone call almost immediately. They did a great job and went above and beyond. Our house was pretty far gone since we just had a new baby. They thoroughly cleaned everything and even made our bed! My only critique is that they were late. They said they'd be here by 10:15 and by 10:25 were not here yet and I had to go.

+ -1 moreWe have been using Molly for 2 months now, and service is still ongoing. We have been very satisfied with the work and have had no issues or problems. They have come without fail on the requested days; punctuality on shorter time scales is not an issue, as they always clean when we are at work. The co-owners are professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. The quality and thoroughness of the cleaning has been satisfactory, although not perfect. They appear to be in a bit of a hurry, for instance some small areas are missed during dusting, and they don't always pick up items and dust under them very well. But this is not unexpected for the allotted time; if I wanted a more thorough cleaning I'm sure I could ask for them to work an extra 20-30 minutes, but it would cost that much more and is unnecessary. From my limited research, the price is average to above-average of what other companies charge. I'm sure I could find cheaper, but don't feel like taking the risk.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly cleaning of 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath house. Clean floors and rugs, dust surfaces, clean bathroom and kitchen, take out trash, vacuum furniture, etc.

+ -1 moreMolly Maids cleaned for me for 2 years. At first work and quality control were good, but deteriorated. Team seldom came at the allotted time (either earlier or later) and scheduling became confused. I had to tell them what do do time after time. I fired the company after yet another confusion in scheduling in which they didn't show up on their regular day.
Description of Work: Cleaning 4 bedroom, 2 1/5 bath house.
