Description of Work: They arrived a few minutes early They did an excellent job of cleaning. It was difficult to communicate since I don't speak Spanish. The owner did come by to make sure everything was going well. My issue is that some pain medication turned up missing from the bathroom medicine cabinet. The medication was my son's from a recent surgery. He counted the pills left in the bottle before he left the house. When he returned, 24 were missing. I spoke with the owner who said her girls could not have taken the pills. I have no way to prove they did; however, I would not use their service again. Other than this issue, they were great.

Description of Work: Cleaned everything in my house that I asked for. I added baseboards for an additional fee. My baseboards and bathrooms have never looked so good. I thought I had tried everything on my old bathtubs, but I never got them so clean. They did it all in a timely manner. I would definitely have them back again.

Description of Work: Gushing over how great of a job Marcela and her amazing crew did on my new home. Saturday morning, I walked into the home and was absolutely deflated at how the previous owners had left the house. Marcela and her crew came in... I left to run errands and six hours later with an unscheduled carpet cleaning... I was smiling and happy. I felt like I was moving into a brand new home. Let me say this about the carpet in the great room... it was disgusting gross. Marcela cleaned it and I had company last night they were shocked that the carpet wasn't new. THAT is how clean they got the carpet. We'll be calling Marcela to come back.

Description of Work: The manager came Saturday afternoon (at my convenience) and gave me an estiate for a thorough one time cleaning. The excellent service was performed a team of three women. I will use them a gain and strongly considering using them on a regular basis. I appreciate the opportunity to use Angie's list.

Description of Work: Marcela cleaned my house (ranch style, full finished basement, 3 bedrooms) for $130 per cleaning. They did an acceptable job except for always moving things around considerably...it would take awhile after they were done to move everything back where I had it. The main problem I had was their ability to be on time...it rarely happened. This last time, I called to schedule an appointment and let her pick the time since I was trying to schedule on short notice. She told me 2:30PM, no problem. At 2 she called to say she was running 1/2 hour late, no problem. By 3:20 when still no one showed I tried calling her back, no answer. By 3:45 I gave up since I was late already for another appointment. She texted me later to say she was sorry to be late again and could no longer clean my house since it was too difficult with her schedule to get there at the "exact time" I needed. Exact time? I let her pick the time...who does that? Then she said Fenton was outside the area that she works in. After 8 cleanings where she failed to mention that? Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Marcella is very professional and was able to come to my home right away to provide a bid for cleaning services. She was flexible and accommodated my work schedule. She looked very carefully at my home and asked many questions about our preferences. We felt the bid was very fair. She provided a bid for a deep clean and mainetance cleaning every 2 weeks. The first time we had her at our home was for a deep clean. The house looked and smelled amazing. Marcella and her team go above and beyond. We have also been pleased with the maintenance cleaning. We will continue to use Marcella and her team in the future and would highly recommend her to others.

Description of Work: Marcela's Cleaning is a blessing. From floors to dusting to windows... Walking in after a long days work, it is like having a new home clean from top to bottom and smelling like roses.

Description of Work: We employed Marcella and her crew for the past 6 months or so for housecleaning every two weeks. The house is about 2400 square feet and the work involves cleaning kitchen and two full baths, cleaning wooden floors and windows, and making the bed. They charge $100 per session and their works is excellent. Typically, Marcella comes with 2-3 women who go through the house with good attention to detail and work with a pleasant attitude. Their services have been a great help and we intend to continue with Marcella for a long time.
