Marcela and her team do a through job of cleaning my house on a biweekly basis. They are punctual and will accomodate a special request when I ask. Marcela and her team have been cleaning my home for over a year and I will continue to use her services as I am very satisfied with the value and the work.

Great team. Very thorough, punctual, responsive and dependable. They have good attention to detail and always leave the house clean and secure. Price is reasonable and they always answer text, phone and email promptly. They are also willing to take on extra tasks with reasonable notice (sweep garage or clean closet shelves for example). HIghly recommended.

They did a fantastic job cleaning and were very nice. But it drove me crazy that so many things were put back in the wrong place. Including medicine that I couldn't find for two days. Things that were by the sink were now in the shower and vise versa. Otherwise, they were very good.

Wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone.

I called on Monday morning, and she came to the house Monday evening to give me a quote. I have used a number of different services and none of them have done that before. During the quote, she walked around the house with me, telling me what her crew would do in the cleaning. After seeing how much pride she took in the work that she would be performing, I decided to schedule a cleaning for the next day. I was at work when they came to the house. When I got home, I found my house completely cleaned like it has never been before. They even took the time to vacuum off the couches and clean the inside of the windows and glass front screen door. I will be using them again in the future, and would highly recommend them. Not the cheapest in the industry, but you get what you pay for.

Marcela responded quickly to my telephone inquiry and set up a time to come look at my home, give an estimate, and schedule an initial cleaning. She returned with a crew of three and cleaned my 127 year old home to a condition of clean that it has not been in since I moved in a year ago! I am so impressed with how clean her crew was able to get the shower doors and floors; and the wood floors are all gleaming. It is such a pleasure to come home from work to a home that is clean from top to bottom. I am so excited to have her crew come on a regular basis.

Marcela came to meet with me within a few days of my call. She and I went through the entire house to talk about what I wanted. She came on a Wednesday for a quote and had her team here on Friday to clean. Marcela herself came on the first visit and the 2 ladies with her were both friendly. I let them do their job and wow!!! When I came home my house was spotless, literally even the basement looked nice and tidy. I am still shocked at just how clean and orderly they left the mess I left this morning for them! I found them on Angie's list and can not recommend them enough! A big thank you for doing such a good job.

They do a fine job cleaning. They do a satisfactory job and I keep utilizing them every couple of weeks.

A team of 4 arrives on time, they're professional, thourough and fast. When I get home from a long day at work the whole house smells like fresh lemon and every surface sparkles -- it's awesome!

The only hitch was when we were getting our free estimate. Marcella did not meet us at the scheduled time. She scheduled the meeting when she was already working. Other than that, her team showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning. This is the first maid service that we ever used so it is hard to compare, but we were very pleased with how clean the house was. We plan on using Marcela's Cleaning service every 3 months. We paid higher than expected this time since it was a deep clean, and more work was necessary than I would think follow up visits would take.

the response time from first call to estimate was timely. the estimate allowed me to know what to expect from the clean. they arrived on time, were thourough and professional. the house looks great, nothing was overlooked or done halfway. we are going to now use them every other week ongoing. very pleased

I would not use them again. Very nice, but not the best at cleaning.

My husband and I are always extremely satisfied with the work that Marcela's team does. For the first cleaning, Marcela came along to be sure everything was done to perfection. She asked for permission to use various products on our hardwood floors, quartz counter tops, etc. Everything smells so wonderful when they are finished. The team arrives, and gets to work immediately. We use Marcela's service regularly. She seems very flexible and able to accommodate our schedule. I definitely recommend her services, and know you will be very pleased.

Marcela came out and gave us a quote for the service and then asked what day of the week and frequency we'd like. Marcela calls each time the night before to confirm and asks how things are going. She is very pleasant and has great customer service. The employees are very professional and friendly. The work is excellent and they are careful to take care as they clean. They put up with having a dog in the house while cleaning and have even caught little things like a leaking toilet (turned off the water for us). They let themselves in and out without any problems. Our bathrooms and floors (tile, hardwood, and carpet) look wonderful and they line all the stuffed animals up on the kids' beds in the cutest way each time. We have children and a dog so the house gets messy, but I am also particular about how well the house is cleaned. If you are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to do a great job then Marcela's is perfect for you.

Overall the quality was very good and much better than most. That said, there were still a few spider webs in some corners that they missed among other things. This was only the first visit though... I am writing to update my review of this company. We had multiple issues after having this company come out to clean our home. They will move items to clean and not return them. For example, they cleaned our bathtub, and moved a toothbrush that I use to clean the grout, which has hair and dirt on it; they moved it to the toothbrush holder with the toothbrush that I use on my teeth. They unplugged the toaster to clean it which is great, but then instead of plugging the toaster back into the outlet, they plugged in the Foreman grill. I went to grab something on the counter and my wrist brushed up on the hot Foremant grill 6 hours after they had left. They do a pretty good job of cleaning, but are a bit over aggressive. The paint that is on our cabinets was scraped off and the Brita water filter fell off the faucet. Lastly, they did not show up for a visit one time and I had to call and they quickly got a team to our home. On the last occasion, the owner emailed me to tell us they did not work on our regularly scheduled date, so we set a date and the owner was supposed to contact us with possible times. The owner never contacted us, instead a crew showed up a week earlier than discussed and kept banging on the door, I do not blame the crew b/c they were just going where they were told, but the owner should do a better job of organizing her schedule.

Marcela and her team packed what was left, took the pictures off the walls, moved the boxed stuff to the main floor, then they cleaned the whole house (2400 sq ft) top to bottom. Marcela also helped set up the house for showing/selling.

Marcella was prompt in arriving for initial consultation. Estimate was higher than previous cleaning service, but we decided to go with her bc she seemed thorough and detail-oriented. At first, we were very happy with the cleaning. Nice touches ... removed trash where previous cleaners left bags by the back door. Took dirty bed linens down to laundry room, rather than leaving in a pile in the bedroom. This was greatly appreciated. Many things, pillows .. photos .. etc, were not put back where they had been found. Dog bed was on opposite side of room. Almost like they were trying to make it look pretty for us. Appreciated the effort, but asked that things be put back where they were found, so we didn't have to move things back after every cleaning. On closer inspection, 2 bathrooms were not cleaned well ... behind the toilets had obviously not been touched. Lint and dog hair was found in obvious places on carpets. Spoke with Marcella, who was wonderful about it and assured us the next cleaning would be better. Next cleaning was was not better. No company is going to be perfect; I appreciated the level of cleaning they attempted. They actually move big pieces of furniture, which is nice. But, once again, things were re-arranged ... table runners replaced upside down, second week in a row our sheets were on sideways (striped sheets ... not sure why it was difficult to understand they go lengthwise, but this happened all 3 cleanings, even though it was discussed with Marcella), pillowcases put on inside out, etc. Felt like they were rushing, not paying attention. Clump of dog hair left from vacuum on dining room carpet. That's fine, it happens ... but wasn't picked up after. No final inspection done after house was cleaned. Once again, bathrooms had hair on the floor and behind toilets not touched. I let Marcella know we would not be needing their services any longer. To her credit, she was remorseful when she saw photos of what I'd found and very professional about it. She requested the opportunity to make things right and clean our house another time. She is a very kind person, so I said we'd give it another shot, but that we should meet again to go through normal expectations. We walked through the house and agreed the only issues were a final inspection, more attention to bathrooms and putting things back as found. Third cleaning was generally better. Things in their place or close enough that it didn't matter ... except for a large leather chair I found in the middle of the room, rather than the wall it went against. For the third time, the sheets were on sideways. Thought she should know this had happened again, but that everything else looked terrific. Didn't mention the chair in the middle of the room bc everything looked great. Complimented the cleaning and asked what the deal was with the sheets ... since we'd discussed it each time ... her response was to part ways. Given her response to my question, which I thought was reasonable, I agreed that it wasn't working out. I think our house is out of her normal cleaning range/neighborhoods, so perhaps her team was rushing to get out there and then rushing to clean ... I don't know. Sorry it didn't work out ... I like Marcella .. she does care about the work of her company. There was just some disconnect that wasn't solved in our case. Wish her the best.

Marcela's Cleaning I have used Marcela's Cleaning, twice now. I would recommend her to anybody.

Good communication with us for the estimate and confirmation before the cleaning date. Several ladies started, and several more joined as the time went. Overall a very thorough job. I was very glad to not have to start cleaning the house when we arrived to move in; everything looked and smelled very clean. The previous owners had 2 large dogs, and the hair and smell were not noticeable when we arrived. The blinds from the previous owners were caked with dust, and they did an excellent job with those. The kitchen appliances and cupboards were well done and ready for dishes. The only minor things I had to do were the wood railings that had a bit of grime left and a couple of the many ceiling fan blades that were not completely cleaned. Overall, for price, professionalism, and quality, I was extremely happy and would definitely use them again.
