Key Carpet

Description of Work: Complete re-do of flooring in our condo -- hardwood, carpet and vinyl tile in kitchen. One of best companies we have ever used in any capacity -- we were moving from 600 miles away. Chris was incredibly helpful with selection of flooring and having it all done in time for us. Highest possible recommendation for Key Carpet!

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate for carpet installation. Employee was 45 minutes late and on the phone when he arrived. He took another phone call in the middle of the appointment as well. The estimate took over a week to get to me. Update: Since posting this review, the president of the company has contacted me several times in an attempt to rectify the situation. He has offered to do "whatever it takes to make the situation right." We appreciate his willingness to improve on the situation.

Description of Work: Chris was great. He and his crew did 2 jobs for me and the work and proving was superb. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Raymond came and gave us a price on new carpet and linoleum after our basement had a sewer back up. He showed me many products along with recomendations. He also followed up with several questions I had later after our meeting. His crew showed up promptly and were very polite and professional. We had the whole basement and stairs leading to the kitchen re-carpeted and linoleum around the bar area and over the existing worn ceramic tile in the entry from the garage. Their work was exceptional and they completed the job that day. I liked the fact that the price quoted was including pull out and removal of old products, the stair and padding. In the past this would always be an extra. I will certainly be using them again!

Description of Work: Replaced carpet in my mom's house prior to putting it on the market. The salesperson was wonderful, and the installers were wonderful! Overall, very satisfied! Also very happy with the carpet!
