Description of Work: Replaced all flooring on the main floor before we listed our home for sale. This included carpeting in the great room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. Kitchen, bathrooms, and foyer received new vinyl. We received many complements on the products selected. The installation team was top notch and promptly returned to fix a minor issue in the kitchen.

Description of Work: They installed new carpeting and pad in Family Room. In kitchen they leveled the floor, installed subfloor and Villa Stone. Also removed and hauled away old carpeting in Master Bed room, removed all staples and tact strip, vacuumed the floor. They completed all work in a day and half as promised. They cleaned up all areas. Would have them again.

 + -1 moreI was a little short on time to order carpet and have it installed before my daughter's wedding, so I called Key Carpet after checking it out on the List and talked to Ray. I went to their office that day and we talked about what I was looking for and I got to see hundreds of samples. Then he came to my house, measured the entire area, made sure the carpeting I wanted was in stock and we set the date to have it installed right there. The installers were very professional, very quick and did a great job. No mess, no seams showing, everything done great. The padding was upgraded to the best padding. It feels like you can sleep on it.

 + -1 moreOverall from beginning to end it went pretty well when they pulled off the baseboards a couple of them broke in half they didn't really say anything and nailed them to the wall. We wish they would have replaced them and they would have told us what happened.
Description of Work: They came in and replaced carpet with hard wood and they matched the current hardwood with what we had in the kitchen and hallway and replaced the carpet going up the stairs and in the hallway upstairs and all our bedrooms.

 + -1 moreI worked with Rebecca Ulsas and she was very punctual with not only getting out to take measurements but also to send out the bid. The price was very reasonable for the amount of carpeting that was installed. Three guys (who were very friendly and charismatic!) came out to install the carpeting and they had everything done in about a half day. Of their 8 - 10 neutral selections, I went with a mid-grade carpet and am very pleased with the plushness and softness. They used a 6lb non-rebound pad and the finished product looks great!
Description of Work: We needed new carpet installed in two bedrooms, a hallway, two sets of steps, and a family room.

He gave me a bid on the spot, and it was much less than I expected. The installation team was a man short, but Kelly went the extra mile to finish it before we had an open house. It looked beautiful, and we got a lot of positive comments. I would definitely recommend Key Carpet to anyone!

 + -1 moreThis company provided solid service at a reasonable price. The workmen (Scott and Doug, I think) were prompt, extremely hard-working and very pleasant. They were meticulous in cleaning up as they worked. They were very careful in moving our large furniture pieces and they encouraged me to vacuum the new carpet before they moved our furniture back into place, which added overall to their workday.
Description of Work: Tear out and replacement of carpeting in great room, master bedroom and bath, hall bath and stairs to basement.

 + -1 moreKey Carpets is VERY quick to measure and install their carpet. It is usually in stock, and you can have great new carpet installed within the week. They will move your furniture, and cart away the old carpet too.
Description of Work: Key Carpets is especially good when you need some builder grade carpet installed very quickly for a great price. They do, however, also sell higher grade carpeting. Their specialty is in stocking neutral colors for a good price because they buy and store many, many rolls. They offer Realtor Beige at a terrific price. (Jokingly called this because Realtors always want their sellers to change out their old carpet for new, fresh, neutral carpet, and at an affordable cost for the seller who will be installing it just to sell their home).
