Description of Work: I took advantage of their May 2016 aeration special for $45 and the tech that came out even did a little extra for no additional charge. This sure beats renting the aerator for $38-$50 for fours and hauling and fighting the machine. Time is money.

Description of Work: I called them to get someone to come out but when they found out I live in north city they never called back to have someone come out, so I guess they service all city but north city, so if you live in north city do no waste your time.

+ 0 moreThey were quick to come out. The lawn was a little dry, so it didn’t aerate as well as it should have. They did aerate it, but they suggested I rut it. They came back and redid it. I think they worked really hard, and I was pleased with them.
Description of Work: Gateway Aeration did core aeration of the lawn and power raking two and a half weeks ago.

+ -1 moreInitially received 2 bids for lawn aeration and both were over $600. Gateway had a coupon in a local mailer. So I also gave them a call. Their quote for the exact same work and quality of seed was about 1/2 that of the competition. Because this is their busiest season, I had to wait a week for service, but they arrived on the date and time promised. The worker/owner walked the property with me and carefully listened to my requests and special instructions. Of particular concern was landscaping and an in-ground sprinkler system that had been installed a week earlier. Gateway completed the work in about 2 hours without any damage to landscaping or the sprinkler system. My lawn now looks rich and full.
Description of Work: Aerated, fertilized, and over seeded my 3/4 acre lawn.
