They arrived on time, and completed the job in the time projected. They were neat in thier work ,and answered all my questions. I would definately recomend them, the door looks great and they come throught with a very competive price.

F2 company was very professional. They called me on the phone and we worked everything out. They didn't even charge me a service call, I only paid for the work they did. Which was much less than what others were going to charge .

F2 Company and Frank Totten were tremendous. They called me while I was still on the Service Magic website - literally 1-2 minutes after I finished typing my request. They were prompt, courteous, and did a marvelous job. They took down my old garage door openers, put the new ones up, and hauled all the old equipment away - all in about 90 minutes!! I appreciated the fact that the company didn't work from 8-5. They came out as requested at 5:30pm and were done with my repairs within an hour. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE and they had no plans on leaving until the job was done and done right. They also gave additional advice on maintenance/springs and well as pricing for a new door if I was interested. They were friendly, informative and efficient. I would refer this company!!

I received a phone call from Frank about 5 minutes after using servicemajic. I couldn't believe it-absolutely fantastic. When I spoke to him, he was very polite, professional, and informative. I liked the guy right away. He came out to my property and was able to give me a free estimate quickly that day. My first impression of Frank was right on. I hired Frank right on the spot I was so impressed by him. In a couple of days he came out and installed the garage doors I requested. He finished the job in one day and cleaned up after himself. In addition, his estimate was precise. It was a pleasure to meet Frank and have him install our doors. My husband and I absolutely love the work he did and would with no hesitation recommend him. We wish Frank and the F2 Company the best.

Called immediately after submitting the request (9:45pm Saturday night) and was able to be out at the house on Sunday afternoon without an extra charge.
