They gave me a quote on the spot and also provided me with a secure way to open my garage door in the event of a power outage since there is only one way in to my garage....the garage door. I was able to get on my way to work within a few hours of my call and then they came back the next day and fixed my problem and....i did not have to take off work to be there while they did this. A huge plus in today's economy!
