Description of Work: Had them measure front and rear entry door to my house for storm doors, live in an old house so knew there would be nothing off the shelf to purchase, just custom. Came and quoted when they said they would, installed when they said they would and have to say I am really please with their installation and service provided, I will definitely contact them again for other odd fit window/doors help. I think the price was reasonable but that's all what your budget is, however, in the end you get what you pay for and if their prices are higher than the norm, which I don't know if they are, then they are worth every penny. In the end it's true, you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Edelen replaced our front entry door with a brand new door and a storm door. The employees at their showroom were very kind and professional and answered all our questions with ease. They had an initial visit to get and verify measurements of the door space and to scope out the door situation. Then they took a down payment and made and painted the door to fit the space correctly. Then they came out (right on time!) and took just 2 hrs to remove the old door and frame, fix the threshold and install the new door and storm door. They cleaned up well and upon final inspection from us, the final payment was made. Overall the service is great, friendly fast and professional. | |The only reason we put 'Price' as n/a was because due to reviews from friends and neighbors, we did not compare pricing with other businesses and simply chose to use them after our initial showroom visit.

Description of Work: I got multiple bids for a double size carriage door. Edelen was competivly priced for a better door. Also one other company told me I needed a stronger garage door opener than I actually needed so Edelen saved me money. They were prompt when they came out to take measurements. When door was ordered it arrived on schedule. The installers did a great job installing and doing the finish trim around the outside of the door. I could not be happier. | | | A few days later I needed to change my code on wireless keypad with no success and I called and they sent out someone that day to explain the process. Everyone comments how beautiful the door is and how quiet the opener works.

Description of Work: Edelen provided and installed a replacement two-car garage door. They provided several price points and types of doors for us to choose from. Once we decided on a door, they scheduled the installation quickly. Installion included all the necessary hardware (new track, bearings, springs, etc.) and connecting and making any adjustments to our existing opener. I liked that they could schedule the work quickly and provided several in-stock choices for us. I have used them before and would use them again. The installers have been consistently prompt, friendly, and efficient.

Description of Work: I had a couple of companies come out and everyone wanted to sell me new doors. They came out and fixed my problem. They never suggested I needed new doors. I haven’t had one ounce of trouble since then.

We had contacted another well-known garage door company in town, but they said they couldn't do the job because of the mechanical/architectural problems. We called Edelen and Brett showed up the next day. He explained the problem in detail and we agreed to order a whole new garage system. Edelen ordered everything in a timely manner, Brett kept in touch with us, and the whole process was painless. And we are very pleased with our garage door. Would definitely use them again.
