I found the company pleasant to work with. The office people were cheerful and very helpful. They returned my calls quickly. The door installer was hard working and even cleaned up afterwards. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and its employees. I give them an "A" rating across the board.

Brett took a positive approach to installing the door in a 15'x 6' space. The work was done quickly and clean up was very tidy. I have also used Edelen to install a garage door opener and Solatube (small skylight) in my stair landing. In every case I find the company representatives to be knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I've done business with Edelen for 19 years, and wish all companies were as good.

I called this company at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The installer was at my house at 1:00 p.m. next day. The installer was polite, courteous and competent. The new opener functions perfectly. I definitely recommend their service.

Eric came to my house earlier than expected and did a great job. He was very polite and quick. I am very happy with Edelen Door and will definitely hire them, if needed, in the future.

Company arrived within 24 hours of my call. Very courteous service. When the first technician did not have heavy springs required for the job, he immediately set me up for a return call the following day to complete the job.

My initial experience was fine. I called the company and scheduled an appointment to have the opener installed. The company said they would call back and let me know the time of the appointment. But when the day of the appointment rolled around, I realized that the company never called back. At 9:30 am I called and left a message that I did not know when the installer would be at my home. Again, at 11:30 pm I called the company and was told he would arrive at 2:00. He finally arrived at 2:45. He measured my door and said that he didn't have the correct parts for my size door and that I didn't tell them I had an 8 ft door. I had never been asked by the company for my door size (I didn't realize doors came in different sizes). He left and said the company would get back to me on the price increase and to reschedule. That was on a Wednesday. I didn't hear from them until the following Monday. By that time I had contracted with another company. A lot fell through the cracks here.

Not impressed with the person answering the phone. Not very helpful. The person who came was on time and completed the work quickly. He was very polite and cleaned up and hauled off trash and old opener. He took the time to explain how the opener and garage door can be maintained and adjusted. I was disappointed when a cable wire holder was pulled out in order to install wall opener and was not re-attached to wall.

WOW! This is the way all service companies should operate. I called for an appointment; I was promised a call first thing the next morning to tell me what time the technician would be there. As promised, I received the call, and the technician showed up in the time span he indicated. He was polite, thorough, and patient in his explanation and represented the company well. I am very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

He notified me of cost prior to service. He was very prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Extremely pleased. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and service was polite. When they came to repair my old door, they told me what it would cost and it was smarter to go with a new one.

THE TECHNICIAN WHO INSTALLED THE SYSTEM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & FRIENDLY. THE JOB REQUIRED A LOT OF ACCURACY AND SKILL TO RUN & CONNECT THE LINES FOR ALL THREE GARAGE DOOR SYSTEM.

The work went smoothly. The installer was very good, and there were no problems. The price included a $50.00 coupon discount. The only downside was with the sales staff who did not return calls or follow-up.

The work men were professional and willing to answer any questions. The price was reasonable; we have hired Edelen to install entry and atrium doors previously and we highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Did not charge for initial service call when it was obvious that nothing could be done with old door. Installation was professional although some items were not returned to original place in garage.

They were suppose to call us between 8:00 - 9:00 for a time they would be at our home, we didn't receive a call and had to phone them. The service tech was on time and did a good job.

HE ARRIVED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME OF HIS INITIAL ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL. HE SEEMED THOROUGH AND CONDUCTED HIMSELF IN A POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER NOW WORK MUCH MORE SMOOTHLY AND QUIETLY.

THE EMPLOYEE ARRIVED ON TIME FOR BOTH THE ESTIMATE, AND THE SERVICE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. BASED ON THE FEW ESTIMATES THAT I RECEIVED EDELEN'S PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

RICK WAS ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT. A SMALL PET PEEVE OF MINE - AS WITH EVERY OTHER REPAIRMAN I'VE ENCOUNTERED, HE DIDN'T NOTICE WHEN HIS HANDS GOT REALLY GREASY, AND LEFT A FEW GREASY FINGERPRINTS. NOTE TO REPAIRMEN EVERYWHERE - CARRY BABYWIPES WITH YOU, AND WIPE YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY!

EDELEN FIXED VERY QUICKLY AND CHEAPLY. THIS A PROBLEM THAT HAD BEEN BUGGING THE TENANT (AND MYSELF) FOR QUITE A LONG TIME. TENANT'S HAPPY. I'M HAPPY. EVERYONE'S HAPPY.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.

INSTALLER ARRIVED AT SCHEDULED TIME. THE OLD GARAGE DOOR OPENER WAS REMOVED AND THE NEW OPENER INSTALLED IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE FOR REPAIRS ON THE GARAGE DOOR AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE GUY WAS PROMPT, HIS TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETING THE TASK WAS EXACT (2HRS), HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, AND HE EXPLAINED THE WARRANTY INFORMATION THOROUGHLY. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, AND WOULD CHOOSE THEM AGAIN. THE COMPANY ALSO HAD A COUPON I USED FROM ANGIE'S LIST FOR $100 OFF MY DOOR.

I CALLED ON A WEDNESDAY AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BETWEEN 8 AND 9 THE NEXT MORNING TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT TIME. SOMEONE CALLED ABOUT 8:15 THE NEXT MORNING AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 11 AND 11:30. DOC ARRIVED ABOUT 10:45! HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM EVEN BEFORE TAKING THE HOUSING OFF! HE SHOWED ME THE WORN GEAR AND REPLACED IT. HE WAS PATIENT WITH MY QUESTIONS, POLITE AND EFFICIENT. VI HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE THEM.
