Description of Work: Installed commercial 8" gutters.

Description of Work: Used them previously to put guards on the gutters and they put a bigger size gutter across the front. This was $650 if I remember correctly. The two corner gutters could not handle the volume of rain as of late so I had them come back out and replace those with bigger (wider) gutters. They show up on time and do very good work. The lady who removed the squirrels commented on the screens as did the roofer who fixed the squirrel hole. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The fascia and soffits above the front porch were repaired and/or replaced and painted. Gutter was reinstalled. I was very impressed with the turn-around and professionalism associated with this work. Mr. Steinbrook promptly returned my calls or answered immediately. Description of Work: I called Clayton Heights around 9 a.m. on Sept. 20th, 2010. Paul answered, I explained the work that needed to be done on my house which was gutter cleaning, downspout repair/replacement, and work around the chimney. He asked if I would be available that evening and I told him after 4:45 p.m. He stated he would meet me at my home at 5 p.m. I rescheduled my original plans for the evening as I was impressed that he could come out so quickly. However, to my surprise, he never showed. I got home at 4:30 p.m., waited...waited, until 5:20 p.m. I called him, answering machine at the office picked up, I left a message asking if he was coming. I waited...waited until 5:35 p.m. No call, no show from Paul. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited to post a bad review, hoping he would receive my message the following business day and would have an excuse as to why he just didn't show, but he never called. I have worked with quite a few contractors and understand they can be very late or reschedule, but to not even call? I am preplexed as to how someone stays in business with this type of behavior.

Description of Work: They took down all of my very old guttering and put up new 6" gutters with gutter screen. The quality of the product was superior. They used screws, not nails, and mitered corners carefully, added a downspout and made sure the wood behind the old gutters wasn't rotted. I needed wider guttering from my previous 4" gutters and I thought the price reasonable considering I have an old 2 story brick home with a Colonial Revival roofline. Paul came out and checked the job himself. The two gentlemen working worked fast, clean and were very polite. Cleaned up everything and were done in a day. About 6 hours, I'd guess.

Description of Work: We needed a gutter installed on the back of our house along the car port. I called to ask them to come for an estimate; they came the same day. The gentleman I spoke to was very cordial and accommodating. The bid was very reasonable. They installed a gutter with a down spout, leaf guard, and flashing, for $255.00. They installed it the very next day. He was to be at our home at 9:30 in the morning and called before 9:30 to tell us he was running behind. Now that is GREAT service. Acknowledging that the client's time is valuable. We would use them again, and again, if needed.

Description of Work: Replaced all my gutters except the one he said didn't need to be replaced. Put a mesh covering over all the gutters. Reconfigured one downspout so I would be less likely to hit it while driving down my driveway.

Description of Work: We needed gutter replacement on a 115 year old home with original gutters. The gutters were over 8 inches wide and with a special profile. We live in an historic district and the profile had to exactly match the original design. To complicate matters, our house is three and a half stories and is on a hill. They built custom guttering for the house, screened the gutters, installed 3 downspouts, provided guteringfor the garage, leafscreen and drain tile.
