I contacted this company based upon Angie's List. Tony came out and I showed him the sewer in the basement that was backing up when the washer drained. He asked me if there was an outside cover. I told him there was one in the garage. We went to the garage and he started running a plunger down the pipe. It was really sludged up for years. This was a 2-family flat that we bought that was not maintained. It was really a mess will grey sludge. Within 20 minutes he had water flowing freely. He they snaked out the line. We ran two bath tubs and all sink to push as much water through the drain line. After the drain was clean, Tony hosed and swept out garage to clean up 2 inches of sluge that covered most of the garage floor. They accepted a 15% senior citizen coupon. The total bill was $102.00. I couldn't be more please.

After attempting what he thought would be a minor repair on Saturday, my husband realized it was more involved. I was unable to use my washing machine. I called Aries on Sunday night, and I instructed them to call as early as they'd like in the morning. They called at 7:30 and said Jimmy would be there in the early afternoon. I got another call about 10 that said he'd be there in 30 min. He started right away and it was fixed in an hour and half -- and that's having to remove drywall. Jimmy was very pleasant and easy to talk to and very efficiently completed the job. He was honest and focused. We'd hire them over and over again.

Contacted them by telephone. The person answering the call was very pleasant. However, after giving my address and stating the problem she could not give an answer at that time. She said the owner would call the next morning. He called and asked for a description of the problem. He said it sounded like a water line reduction valve. Scheduled appointment at that time for a Thursday morning. The office called the evening before to remind me of the appointment. They called the morning of the appointment to say the plumber was within 20 minutes of my home. Jimmy came in and listened to a description of the low water pressure. He then used a pressure gauge to measure the water pressure in the water line at 2 locations in and outside the house. Confirmed it was very low pressure. He the gave a quote for the cost of repairs. He proceeded to remove the old valve and install a new one within the wall of the utility room. Throughout the repair he kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole job took a little less than 2 hours. I was pleased with the professionalism of the entire organization. Jimmy took time to clean up the repair area. Never would guessed any work had been done if I had not watched at times. Water pressure was back to normal. Would use them again if I have plumbing problems.

Water pressure was better after water supply line installed, but not great. This is an old house with galvenized pipes that need to be replaced. Jimmy was a very friendly and personable.

I called for an estimate, and they quoted me $275-350. I scheduled service for the following week at 7:30 AM. I got a call the day of service at around 8:00 AM saying that the plumber had a flat tire on the way to our house and was running late. He showed up around 8:30 AM. After surveying the situation, he said that it would be $350 (before 10% Angie's List labor discount). This was the upper range of the original estimate, but still within what I was willing to pay. The job took about an hour and a half. We are happy with the results so far (although we haven't had an opportunity to hook up a hose yet). Jimmy, the plumber, was very friendly and seemed rather knowledgeable.

They did a good job. They are very knowledgeable about their job. Their prices were fair.

Jimmy arrived on time and completed the job the same day. He was very professional and certainly knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Aries to anyone who asked. I'm even having them back this week to install a new vanity in the bathroom. A note regarding the 'B' rating on price. Aries was very competitive in their pricing. It's just that I was surprised at what it cost to have a professional do the work. Don't let the pricing score put you off, they were very good to work with and did a great job.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a contractor! When I initially called and explained the problem, Leonna gave me a rough quote over the phone. It was over a week before I was able to call back and schedule a time for them to come out. Leonna remembered me right away, which impressed me since they must receive tons of calls every day. Jimmy came out and, after taking a look, said the initial quote was right on the money. The other quotes I had were much higher (up to $1100!!) so I told him to get started. The job took him about 4 hours. It was really hard to get through to the shower valve, after cutting out the tile he found a layer of concrete (in an interior wall? really?) that he had to get through. Jimmy's an old pro, though, and made it look easy. He was also very friendly and he cleaned up after himself. When I have future plumbing problems I will not even call other companies for quotes, I will just call Aries and have them come get the work done. Keep up the good work, guys.

We were really happy with the work Mitch did. He was very informative of the choices we had as to how to deal with the noisy and leaking shower valve. And he was able to repair what we had instead of requiring a new tub faucet and valve which would have required much more work, including cutting out tile. I also like how Mitch included me when talking instead of directing everything to my husband as so many repair folks tend to do. Aries Plumbing responded really promptly to our needs and provided professional, personalized service.

The guy was great. We had a valve that broke and half of it was stuck in the pipe and the other half we had in our hands because we were trying to fix it. He had all the right tools and just pulled the old one out and put the new one in without having to tear out the wall. We spent $85 on the job and we supplied the part.

Jimmy did a great job. He moved from project to project withour a problem and was very friendly. The kitchen faucet was broken and he let us know that is was under warranty. He also told us how to get it replaced.

Overall, everything went very well. The receptionist with whom I spoke to make the appointment was efficient and pleasant. There was a mix-up with timing though. On the day of the appointment, while I was at work at 8:45 in the morning, I got a phone call from the plumber saying he was on his way to my house. I told him I had made arrangements for him to come some time between 1:00-4:00, not in the morning. He was clearly confused about this, but agreed to come back later, which he did. He performed the sewer snaking quickly, and explained to me what he found. Very nice guy. Aries is just slightly more expensive than the other plumbing company that I had been using for this same service. I would certainly consider using them again.

I thought he did a very good job, explained what was wrong, showed it to me, and when he was finished he had me check to make sure that I was satisfied there were no leaks

Excellent Job! I will use them in the future. The 10% Angie's List coupon came in handy. It saved me $12 on this service call.

I called requesting a plumber to replace the on/off valve for a shower that had not been used in 12 years. The valve was frozen in place. The scheduler, Belinda, told me she could have a plumber at my house that afternoon. She explained that if the valve could be fixed that afternoon the work would be done, otherwise the repair could be scheduled in the next day or two. The plumber, Jim, arrived right at the scheduled time. He was able to fix the frozen valve instead of replacing the entire valve, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Jim was very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he was doing. He finished all of the work within one hour. I am very pleased.

They came immediately; they were here within two hours of me calling. It took two hours which is the amount of time he quoted us for. Everything was excellent. They were prompt, professional, and the person that came knew what he was doing. The problem was fixed and that is what we really care about; the issue is done and finished.

Aries is great. I called and left a message Sunday night at 10PM. Aries called me back at 7:30AM and had a plumber at the house by 9:30AM. wow! He did a great job, was quick and very friendly. Even gave me some tips so the drain hopefully won't back up again. If we need a plumber again, though, I will definitely call Aries.

We are very pleased with them. We had them come out twice. We had a water hammer problem and the guy, who came out, did something that didn?t completely solve it. So, he came out the next day and solved it. He was very reasonable. He charged $160 for the first time and $160 for the final solution. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He solved the problem. We will use this company again in the future.

He came on time, brought all his tools inside the first time, stayed with it till it was done. the price was quoted over the phone and thats what it cost. Like all customers i wish it had been a little cheaper, but his bid was not out of line and better than most.

Accidently dropped an article down the sink. Thought I could repair it myself but ended up breaking the coupler on the ptrap. got the Jpipe out but broke the part. Called on Monday and they set up an appointment for me on Tuesday. Were VERY flexible on timing since I work during the day and helpful by calling me 45 minutes prior to the plumber getting to the house so I could stay at work. They are all about customer service. On Tuesday, Brenda called and there was a bit of a timing issue but they helped me get the appointment, Jimmy got there, and it was done in about 45 minutes. Brenda was tremendous and really helped me out, Jimmy explained everything to me - they are really all about customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone. Jimmy was so clean about everything I couldn't even tell he was there except that I had my sink functioning again! They are really all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend them and have told everyone about them at my office.

Water had been pooling around washing machine. Thought problem was with old washing maching rusting out but soon saw that when the washer drained, the stack pipe overflowed like a volcano! Called Aries Plumbing (based upon good customer reports in Angie's List) on Monday 12/14 at 8:00 a.m. Spoke with Belinda - very nice. By 9:15 a.m., Mitch had arrived, assessed the problem, cleaned out the washer drain and even told me that the basement drain was fine and didn't need to spend any additional money to have it cleaned out. Very nice and very professional. Highly recommend their service.

We're always pleased with their work. (They've done a few jobs for us, including replacing the entire plumbing stack.) In order to replace the shut off valves, he had to run new pipe to the outside faucets and replaced those faucet handles, too.
