This was by far the best overall experience I have ever had for in-home service/repair work. From start to finish it was a painless process, and I admit I was expecting the worst. Aries responded in a timely manner (within 24 hours) of my initial request for an estimate. Next, the master plumber came to my home for the FREE estimate. He was up-front with me that the condition of the closet collar (broken or not) could cause a considerable increase in pricing. Aries e-mailed me a service contract the very next day containing detailed pricing information for both parts and labor. I ended up asking them to amend the contract to include the faucet replacement (that I forgot to ask for initially). Once the pricing was adjusted up to include the faucet replacement, I signed and faxed the contract back so they could schedule the work. They called me right away after my faxed contract was received to scheule my service appointment. Luckily I was able to get the exact day and time I wanted by scheduling about 2 weeks out and they called me 24 hours in advance to confirm the appointment. I was "WOW'd" up until that point and did not think it could get better, but it did! The plumber was VERY friendly AND polite. He showed up about 10 minutes early and spent that time taking a look at the job before getting started on the work RIGHT ON TIME! My family and I are EXTREMELY pleased with both the quality AND level of service we received from ALL parties involved (receptionists/schedulers / master plumber / plumber). The plumber assigned to our job took his time with me, answered my questions, and even addressed a future plumbing issue with me. He is KID-friendly, PET-friendly, and cleaned up the mess (I can't thank him enough for this):) I definitely plan on hiring Aries (the same plumber if available) in the future and will refer anyone I know to them that has a plumming need! I called on Th morning and the plumber came as scheduled Friday morning. He was pleasant and efficient. The main problem that I had called about was a pipe leaking under kitchen sink, but we asked if had time to take a look at something else and he did so cheerfully and took care of some persistent problems in the bathroom as well. I thought the charge was quite reasonable for all that he accomplished.

The sewer in the basement backed up when I was doing laundry. The company sent someone out the same day we called. Tony was friendly, competent and thorough. The price was very reasonable, especially after the Angie's list discount. We will definitely use them again, but I hope we don't need to.

Very unpleasant! The person was unprofessional. He refused at first to take his filthly shoes off before entering my home, and said he would not take them off again. Left a filthy mess in my bathroom. Also, he deeply scratched the porcelain interior of my expensive, brand new Toto toilet. Additionally, he lectured me as if I was a child regarding not putting wipes in the toilet. When he was finished, he demanded payment immediately. Very, very rude and unprofessional. I called the company to report the problem, and they basically blew me off. Terrible customer service and I will not use them again.

It happened one early evening, but they were not able to get out here till probably about 5 or 6 the next day. They had been extra busy. We didn?t flush any toilets or do anything like that. The problem turned out to be just the kitchen sink, and he cleaned it right out. He was great and did a great job. He gave us little extra hints and tips. In fact, he explained how all the plumbing was connected and how we could have done the work ourselves because it was just the sink part of it. He explained how to keep our drains clear in the future and that kind of thing. We spent about $110 - there was an Angie?s List discount as well. I would have preferred to pay less than the hundred plus dollars I ended up paying. However, I saw that other companies were charging a minimum fee and so on, while their price was a little bit less than that of the other companies. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Discovered stopped up sewer drain while doing laundry. Company sent plumber out within an hour of call; problem was solved within minutes.

Excellent. The job was very difficult an unpleasant to undertake but Aries did it quickly and without complaint. I have used them sevarl times prior to this again. I won't think of ever calling another plumber.

I had a great experience. I called after hours on Thursday evening, and I received a call back first thing the next morning from the office, and they let me know that a plumber (Tony) would be out sometime in the morning and would call when on his way. Tony called and arrived very quickly thereafter, shortly after 9AM. He diagnosed and explained the cause and fixed the problem quickly, and he was very friendly and professional. The cost was reasonable and the service was extremely fast and professional. I will definitely be using this company for future plumbing needs.

Tony responded to my call for help within the hour. He arrived looking clean and professional in his uniform, unlike some other plumbers I have seen. He went right to work to determine the problem and to fix it. He finished in a timely manner and wrote up a bill that included a 15% discount. I was pleased with the way everything was done and wouldn't hesitate to call Aries Plumbing next time I have a plumbing problem.

During a retaining wall construction project our sewer drain was damaged. I found Aries Plumping on Angie's List, called them and they were out within a couple of hours to look over the work required and provide a written estimate. They showed up the next evening and completed the work within a couple of hours. They were very professional and prompt. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Tony came out in July and cleaned out (cut out small roots) in the lateral line. He said I may have to do it again in a year or two. Turns out the root problem is worse than we thought. I came back from deer hunting and my wife told me about the sewer. I call Belinda at Aries and told her I needed Tony. Tony was out all week deer hunting. As a deer hunter I would be willing to wait but my wife wouldn't. They sent out Josh who cleaned out the line in less than an hour. He pulled out a root clog about a foot long. It looks like I'm be whacking down a couple of my wife's ornamental trees. Anyways... They responded quickly, got the job done and accepted my debit card. Because I use them for my rental properties and my home they sent me a discount coupon which I used.

The job went fine. I had a little problem when I went to install the drywall over the rough plumbing, one of the pipes came loose. It was over the Labor day weekend so I could not reach anyone until Tuesday. I had to wait to drywall that section until then. Luckily my cabinet installer was able to work around it.

Went well. Showed up on time. Professional and friendly. Did nice job.

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Aries Plumbing. I called and requested an estimate for the work described above. Office staff was very friendly and professional. Estimate was provided in a timely and detailed manner. Decided to move forward with the work estimated. Jimmy arrived on time to do the work. Very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done and the knowledge/capabilities of Jimmy. He was willing to walk me through the work and explain in way that I could understand. Overall very satisfied with the my interaction and experience with Aries Plumbing. Will use them again for my future plumbing needs.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual. They did everything they said they were going to do. They did it right the first time. They did it on the agreed upon price. It was a real quick thing. I needed a new heater and they came and did it.

Original part out of the box was defective. He discovered it and replaced it immediately. Smart, good guy. Our water pressure is back! We will use their services again.

The estimate was clear, carefully prepared, very thorough and very professional but the price was not competitive.

Plumber arrived promptly and finished drain inspection in a timely manner. Explained what he did thoroughly.

I called to see if I could get someone out the same day, as the retailer who sold and delivered my appliances neglected to tell me I needed to shut off the gas and reconnect the new range. Jim arrived just an hour later, and was wonderfully nice. He installed the appliance and also made sure I understood the service. He was prompt, curteous, and did good work!

Jimmy came at 8:30 a.m. and I showed him the areas that needed the work to be completed. He put in a toilet, sink, faucet, and tub spout in one bathroom. He put in a faucet in the upstairs bathroom and repaired the faucet in the kitchen. He was very efficient and neat. He was very kind to my 96 year old mother as he worked on her bathroom. The price included the toilet, bathroom sink, 2 Moen faucets, bathtub spout, and the work to install it all.

Very happy. They were able to come sooner than the other plumbers I called. The work was done promptly and ended up costing less than anticipated.

It was a small job and I was having trouble finding someone to do it. These guys came out quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would (first appt of the day). He was professional, worked quickly and did a great job. Excellent first experience with Angies List and Aries Plumbing!

Sewer back up cleared, quick & painless.

We called a while ago to find out the cost of the work and were quoted with and without the fittings. After we ordered the fittings, we called back and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Everything went great. The installer also installed local shut-off valves so that if/when we have additional work done, we won't have to shut things off at the main. There was no additional cost for that. He was done quickly and incredibly professional. We love our new shower. It really makes me like our bathroom again!

I contacted this company based upon Angie's List. Tony came out and I showed him the sewer in the basement that was backing up when the washer drained. He asked me if there was an outside cover. I told him there was one in the garage. We went to the garage and he started running a plunger down the pipe. It was really sludged up for years. This was a 2-family flat that we bought that was not maintained. It was really a mess will grey sludge. Within 20 minutes he had water flowing freely. He they snaked out the line. We ran two bath tubs and all sink to push as much water through the drain line. After the drain was clean, Tony hosed and swept out garage to clean up 2 inches of sluge that covered most of the garage floor. They accepted a 15% senior citizen coupon. The total bill was $102.00. I couldn't be more please.
