I received great customer service from Aries Plumbing from the receptionist "Belinda" who answered the phone cheerfully and willing to help to the plumber "Mitch" who replaced the main water shut off valve. He arrived within 30 minutes of being called. He examined the main water shut off and determined the problem. He explained in detail what the problem was and happily answered my many questions thoroughly. Replaced the main water shut off valve and left work area clean. I will definitely use Aries Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

They finished the installation in just two days and it made a huge improvement of what it was before they came. The shower has a lot better pressure. It is wonderful!

I called Aries Plumbing on Wednesday regarding a leaking toilet and the installation of two bathroom faucets. Jimmy from Aries arrived first thing Friday morning. I was quoted $205 over the phone for the toilet but he said the cause of the leak was something different than what was originally thought and the price would be $149. Jimmy was courteous, very knowledgeable and cleaned everything up before the job was done. I asked him to look at three other toilets and he took care of each one without hesitation. I will be calling Aries for all my future plumbing needs.

Very happy with their service, pricing, everything. Saved us a lot of money and hassle by being able to repair handle instead of replacing along with fixing tile, etc. Very honest, trustworthy, professional, and affordable. Will not hesitate to use them again!

Everything went just fine. The problem was fixed, and the plumber (Jimmy) even showed me where my main water shut-off valve was in my house.

The company called each morning to let me know when they would arrive. Service providers Jimmy and Patrick were always prompt in arriving and always professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up--always concerned with the mess, they even wore booties over their shoes when going in and out. They marked the concrete with a "Y" to signify where the replaced piping meets up with another pipe so if future repairs are needed, they plumbers will know where the pipes meet. The pricing was very competitive and that plus the professionalism and great work makes Aries the only company we will use and recommend!

Quick, reasonably priced, courteous, professional service. We called when my husband found the exterior sewer line backing up outside the house. The person taking the call said she had someone in the area and he would come by as soon as he was finished. He called on his way to let us know he was coming. The sewer drain access was in the flower bed and I think he was more concerned about our flowers than we were. Less than two hours after the initial call, everything was completed and our sewer flowed correctly again. Will use again.

Their original price was half the amount from another vendor on Angie's list. So, it's always good to get a second estimate. While they were on the call for the original issue (caused by a handyman who should not have been handling plumbing requests), they noticed a leak that was dripping on the ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They fixed the upper leak in addition to the original problem, all for $200 less than the original bid. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. The technician was about 15 minutes late getting to the appointment, but he made up for it after he arrived.

They are a small group. The individual that came and did the job was honest and listened to me. He was generally a nice guy. When it was diagnosed that there were small leaks in the walls he gave me a couple of options, price points and timelines that I could ponder over. It was less overwhelming since he sort of laid out the different options. I stayed there while he was doing the work and he was very careful to sort of minimize the distress to the house because he was having to go into some previously existing piping that was hidden in the walls and wasn't previously up to code but at the time it got by. When he installed the lines he tried, as best he could, to minimize cosmetic damage that was going to be hard to deal with. When he finished the job, he stuck around while the gas company came and verified that it was satisfactory until the gas was turned on. That was going a little bit out of his way to make sure that it was fixed before he left. It was a very nice experience. He was a smoker and when he needed to take a break, he walked far away from the house and kept from bringing the smoke smell all the way into the house when he came in. I would use them again.

The service was superb! Mitch was very professional, polite and informative. He provided helpfult hints for preventative maintance for bathroom and kitchen sinks. He inspected the pipes in the basement as well and after completing the cabling checked for any water leaks that may have resulted in the connecting bathroom. I had to call him back within ten minutes after he left due to the faucet dripping and there was no complaint. It was immediately remedied. I am so glad I found this company. There seems to be a geniune interest in customer satisfaction. I've used several other plumbing companies but Aries just makes you feel as if you're given top-notch service, doing a job right and not rushing to the next customer. All possible discounts were given which just adds to the great service.

my Dad had a major bathroom leak. I found Aries plumbing on Angies list. They came within days for an estimate. He had a leaking stack pipe. It was leaking into the basement and had caused the bathroom floor to have to be replaced. Mitch was very professional and informative. We scheduled the job and had to coordinate with a handyman to replace floor, vanity and toilet. They were very accomodating to everyones schedule. The day of the job Mitch and Patrick showed up on time and got right to work, finished on time and even helped my husband carry in the vanity and tiolet we had purchased. They kept me informed through the whole job. My Dad is 94 years old and therefore needs some help. Mitch was very kind to him and we were very comfortable having them in our home. I have never had to use a plumber before and I would not hesitate to call Aries plumbing again.

I had had a different plumbing company come to my house to fix a leaking sink. During their work they determined that the main water shutoff for the house was not functioning. I asked for a quote to fix it and they provided. I then called Aries Plumbing to get a second estimate. When the plumber for Aries showed up he quickly realized that the main water shutoff valve was not actually broken but instead had built up deposits that were preventing the valve from closing. He then quickly fixed the problem by gently working the deposits off by repeatedly turning the handle. This fixed the problem and we were now able to shutoff the water. Aries Plumbing didn't charge me for fixing the problem. So instead of having to pay several hundred dollars to have a new valve installed, the Aries plumbers expertise solved the problem in 20 minutes for free. Guess which company I'll call the next time I have a plumbing problem...

Aries was great! I needed someone immediately and have not been happy with the service and price of a recent plumbing company. After checking on Angie's List, I saw that Aries had great reviews. Everyone was very helpful after hearing my water leaking story - from the person answering the phone to our plumber, Jimmy. Jimmy was able to come a few hours earlier than expected. He was very polite and thorough. He even double-checked to make sure the dishwasher was installed correctly. It was so nice to be able to get service right away. I will definitely use them again and refer to my neighbors and friends.

They were great. Everything worked out fine. The price was the same that was quoted.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They make you feel like you have a friend in the plumbing business. Initially, we thought we had a leak. Vernon was dispatched, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us excellent input and never, ever suggested we spend more than we needed to. He kindly gave us the most economical way to go about it while still fixing the problem. Ultimately, we decided to completely overhaul one of our full baths and our main floor powder room. We were in a time crunch for a variety of reasons and needed many things to come together (a granite countertop, vanity deliveries,tub/surround delivery etc.), and Aries accommodated us 100% of the way. After Vernon's visit and our decision to gut the bathrooms, Curt and Josh came to wet set the tub and install the surround.They ran into a few minor issues but were finished by lunch time. A week later after the tile was done and fixtures delivered, Jimmy came out to finish the job. He installed the vanity, the toilet, and all fixtures. He also installed the new vanity and toilet downstairs. Jimmy had been to our house before, and it was great seeing him again. Leonna (sp?) and Belinda are friendly, exceedingly helpful, and incredibly efficient. My husband is very detailed and specific about things, but they took it in stride. I would hire Aries over and over again...and plan to for our future plumbing needs. Our bathrooms are beautiful. Great work, Aries!
