I was told to F off by a person at this company because I was heated in my message. Then the actual person in charge of this guy says it’s my fault for threatening a lawsuit. Yes people, according to TREVOR if I am rightfully angry and express that in a professional way, his employees can tell me to FUC* OFF RIGHT TO H***. Sounds reasonable.

I called and gave my information and flooding issue and was told I would receive a call back within 1 hour. I never received a call back and eventually called another company.

Send a request, waited a week and they never response.

I have never seen so many experts in the field. They were fabulous. Very professional. Always showed up on time. It was not as disruptive as I was expecting it to be, They did a great a job. The Kopsic brothers were especially fantastic.

They are coming back out tomorrow to help clean more after the semi came across my yard. They did the job and were here quick like a bunny.

I've used them before when I had problem with my sewer and it went very well and I've had no problems with them whatsoever. However, It didn't go that well this time. We had a tornado with a lot of flooding and there were a lot of people affected by the flooding, so I had to wait a week for them to get to me. Furthermore, they used a lot of temporary agencies because they were overwhelmed with work and the agency people that did my work were not professional at all. They didn't know what they were doing for the most part and they broke a lot of my furniture.

The fans definitely dried out the utility room where it was unfinished. There were two rooms with carpet. The fans dried the surface of the carpet. I asked if they wanted me to move the furniture out of the room. We already removed from the wall to dry with our carpet cleaner vac. Said it wasn't necessary. I asked about the carpet and padding. He seemed uninterested. After they left I peeled the carpet back and the padding was soaked. I moved all the furniture out of the way and pulled all the carpet so it would dry. Three days later they returned to say they needed to leave their equipment longer to dry the carpet and padding. No thanks. That should have been day one. Restoration experts should know that anything and everything wet needs to be dry right away. Did it myself and saved the money. Got charged $108 for emergency service when they came to the house on a Friday morning. To be fair ServPro has been at our house before when there was a sewer backup about 4 years ago. THey did an excellent job at that time that covered our entire finished and unfinished basement. Approximately 1600 sq ft.

I scheduled the appointment approximately a week before I needed the cleaning done. A couple of days prior, I received a phone call from the technician. I initially requested the work to be done on a Saturday and was told by the office this would not be a problem. When the technician called, he requested that I change the day since he normally didn't work weekends. I was made to feel guilty for having him work on the weekend, when the office said this wouldn't be a problem. When the cleaning was done, the technician was professional.

We hired servpro after a pipe broke and flooded my condo (Dec 22nd). They put multiple fans and dehumidifiers throughout the house in an attempt to dry the area without demolition. Over a week later, they started the demolition as the plaster walls would not dry. They provided me with some boxes to pack my own stuff (after they already started and everything was covered with dust). They didn't bother to protect the hardwood floors or granite flooring in the bathroom (floors required refinishing as a result of the damage from the demolition). They didn't even cover my couch! My entire house was covered with plaster dust because they didn't put up barriers to protect the rest of my house. They told me to contact them when the remodeling was finished so that they could clean. My insurance company approved the use of another company to clean and pack my stuff because they were not happy with the work by Servpro. I called another company who came in boxed up my stuff to clean/store it offsite while they put up the drywall and painted. The difference between the two companies was huge! I would never hire Servpro again.

Work preformed very poorly, charged for work not done, work that was done was done poorly & valuable items missing.

THE CREW WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, TIDY, AND INFORMATIVE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK THEY WERE ON SITE.
