The company did not want my job so nothing was performed, a month later I finally was refunded.

Third year I have used Schwatz Brothers. Everything was excellent. Great job on the yard. They were prompt and cleaned up well. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with every aspect of our business with the Schwartz Brothers. They were out here exactly when they said they would be and did a great! Our lawn looks so much better than it did. Brandon Schwartz was so kind and responded to all my numerous questions. We have already scheduled them for leaf removal and gutter clean-up. Additionally we have scheduled them for spring and continued maintenance on our lawn. Great company great experience.

The two man crew was polite and efficient. They worked quickly and checked with me to make sure they were covering all of the lawn. They were 1/2 as expensive as another service I had do the same thing in the spring, and that service only did the front lawn.

I prepay each year around March, and 24 cuts with the pre-pay discount means I write one check for about $800 and spend zero minutes worrying about my yard. Brandon and Schwartz Brothers Landscape Solutions have been cutting my yard for the last 7 years, and I can always count on my yard looking its best before the holidays. The crew occasionally forgets to cut around trees with the discharge directed away from the mulch around the base of the tree, but that's pretty much the only thing that I can fault them for, which is extremely minor. They do their best to cut on Thursday or Friday so my lawn is looking its best for the weekend, and they leave those pretty cross-hatch patterns. I would recommend them hands down to anyone that asks. They also have a fertilizer, weed and feed service that is reasonable - just ask Brandon for a quote. I've switched to Milorganite and spot weeding and have a teenage son now, so I stopped needing the fertilizer service a few years ago. He has had the same core crew for the last few years, and they're in and out like ants on spilled sugar, so the noise is tolerable for the 10 minutes they spend getting it done. I don't worry about them being fast, they get it done right. If I've ever had a schedule issue or needed an extra cut or to skip a cut, all it takes is an email or a phone call. Very professional, highly recommended, from a long-term customer.

The project was a great success. The front yard landscaping and lawn had grown tired and overgrown. Schwartz Bros had been aerating the lawn, and after having our front walkway replaced, we asked them for a proposal to redo our entire front landscape. Brandon Schwartz was our primary contact, who created a design that we tweaked and adjusted and finally accepted. He was a pleasure to work with, and was very flexible in adjusting some of the details of the landscape design to our liking. We corresponded largely by email, but Brandon walked through the proposals on our property. The crew was hardworking and got the project completed in about four days.

I have used Schwartz Brothers Landscape Solutions Inc before only for lawn aeration which they were great. I normally have another company come out to mow and fertilize my yard but they didn't show up so I used this company. The owner is a very nice man but we started running into scheduling and communication issues. He would come out on days where we didn't schedule service and would not show up on scheduled ones. There always seemed to be an excuse when discussing these issues with him. More recently he would be coming late in the day around 7-8pm to cut my grass and was told that this would change but it just seemed to get out of hand. I also had a scheduled service for the month of October for him to come and fertilize my yard for the winter but he never showed up. Out of curiosity I emailed the owner to see why he didn't show up and I received an email back generally saying that he can't please me and that I should find someone else to do the work, that was it. I don't know what happened between us but it's a shame because he seemed nice enough and we didn't have any problems before this.

It went fine, though I found my communication with Schwartz somewhat challenging via email. Directly calling would have been more efficient to reach them. Nice people, I will use them again in the Spring.

Schwartz Brothers was quick to contact me and schedule a time to come out. Their team showed up on time and got the lawns taken care of. My only complaint is that they ran over my 100' garden hose and punctured it in a few places. I know that is my fault because I forgot about it, I only wish they would have a least let me know what happened instead of finding out about it yesterday when I was cleaning up my back yard for winter. This is why I gave a B for professionalism, because the workers didn't let me know what happened. Other than that they did a great job with the yard.

I purchased the Deal for aeration and fertilization. There was good communication with Brandon. He answered several questions prior to service. His crew worked efficiently to get it all done. The last e-mail that was sent was not responded to, which left me uncertain as to the time that his crew was coming. But that might have just been me.

Wow. It was excellent. We had severe drainage issues because our neighbors began rerouting their water runoff towards the backs of their properties. My yard borders 2.5 houses behind me and one on each side. My house sits at a lower level so we got all the runoff. I had a detailed three page spec sheet and asked for three bids. The first one never replied (it was supposedly the #1 Angie's list guy), the third one was $12K higher than Schwartz. My second bid was from Brandon. In the first place, I liked Brandon immediately. He knows what he's talking about, he's professional but not in a hurry. And I'm really picky. He got me estimates and we had two walk throughs before I hired him. He sent us to the World Outdoor Emporium to pick out our blocks, bricks, pavers, stone. He gave us pictures, recommendations, ideas. His workers started at 8am and ended at 6pm and worked solid for 10 days. They first ripped out the old stuff. Gutted the back yard, in other words. Once the old stuff was gone and they begin building the retaining wall it was amazing to see it all come together. Every single idea he had and concept for design was perfect for the house. Not too much, not too little. The guy knows what he's talking about. He answered many of my emails that I sent with questions about the projects, and when I got anxious about something, he always replied and said he would make everything work. And he was right every time. It was the best money we have every spent and took years off the age of the house. I cannot say enough good about Schwartz. It may seem like a lot of money, but the value it added to the house is huge. I would hire him again, will recommend him to everyone, and will also use him for lawn service. Schwartz is fabulous.

Great experience, start to finish. Good communication, the crew arrived right on schedule, and did an excellent job. Overall, we got a great deal and couldn't be happier.

All was as contracted for!!

It was a lawn aeration and I paid a little more for some seeding and then a weed treatment. They came out and they did what they said they would do. They were responsive.

I wasn't here when they performed the work, but Brandon from Schwartz Brothers contacted me very promptly to set up the appointment. I have no issues with the work performed and am considering having them do regular yard maintenance.

They did take the stuff away but it was for an additional cost to the Deal I bought. I think the Deal was maybe $170 or $180 and then I paid another $35 for the haul away. I wasn't happy about paying for them to haul away but I went back and read that it did say that on the special.

Everything went very well. MY yard has not looked this good for many years. I will use them again any time. Excellent !!!!

It sort of went fine. Sam the manager came by and discussed the details, and gave me a fair quote - this work is very hard and painful, getting rid of this ivy. The guys came in an afternoon (apparently at the end of another job) and did not do a thorough job of it. Most of it was gone, still some was left. So had to do some of the work myself, and then I called Sam to tell him to get someone here to finish off the job. That group did a better job, but still some issues with removing the debris, as they did not have enough of a truck to haul away the large honeysuckle bush. So, after I had to pay an extra 100, a third different crew came in and hauled off the stuff. The end result was a pretty clean yard. Could it have been accomplished in a faster and more efficient way? Sure. Anyways, Sam and Schwartz Bros did a good job overall, and I would recommend them.

We were thrilled with the work. I have done this yard work for many years, and am somewhat of a perfectionist. Some of the hedges are very tall, and therefore, didn't think the service would be up to my personal standards, but was hoping for at least an above average job. We got not only that, but the finished job far exceeded my expectations. They had the proper tools and the guys did an outstanding job in a timely manner. We plan to use this company again and I would highly recommend them for similar work.

It never went. I bought and paid through Angies list, and the provider was supposed to contact me. I was very busy, so I didn't chase him. He never contacted me. I finally chased him down, and he indicated that it was too late in the season to complete the work, so he would do it in the fall instead. Since it was too late, I agreed to wait. In the fall ... you guessed it ... never showed up, never contacted me. I tried to contact him a couple of times, and of course by the time I finally reached him -- it was too late in the fall. Long story short -- he never provided the service, and i never got a refund. It's at least partially my fault because I got tired of chasing him. I wouldn't recommend this vendor, as he is apparently too busy to follow up (or worse) with paid customers. ... and yes, I AM being nice.

2 guys. Worked fast. Appropriate machines. Cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied.

Two workers were sent and they did a thorough job in both aerating and fertilization. I am very happy with the service.

Showed up on time, immediately started and finished within 30-40 minutes. Used power equipment and all of it looked quite professional.
