I purchased two coupons for lawn aeration, each good for 6500 sq ft of yard. Within 24 hours I received an email from Schwartz Bros, inviting me to arrange a date during which they would visit. They asked if I had in-ground sprinklers, and I did, so they said I would need to mark the sprinkler head locations. I told them I would by the following Sunday, and they said they would visit shortly afterwards to complete the work. By the following Thursday, I searched the yard, and saw the work had been completed. The only nit I find is that I never saw a note that they had completed their work. I would have appreciated an email, phone message, or note on the door indicating they had been by.

We are very pleased with Schwartz Bro. Landscape...we had to reschedule at least 3 times due to rain. Each time, Brandon Schwartz was most helpful and was more than willing to accomodate my schedule, which seemed to change more often that not. We will certainly use them this spring when our yard will need the sprucing up that Spring requires.

Removal of unwanted and / or dead brush. Trim existing overgrown shrubery. Date performed is approximate. I am not home during the day time hours. When I got home, it was already dark. Up close, the shrubery that they "trimmed" looked "Hacked" ! They removed a Bradford Pear tree that I wanted left. They did not contact me before removing it. This job would never win any landscaping awards in our neighborhood!

It was a very simple process. We called and made an appointment and they came out to do the services. They offered to also seed our lawn for a very low price since they were already buying in bulk which made it easy. A very good experience.

This company did an excellent job of leaf removal! We used an online coupon for four man hours of leaf removal service for $129. We were told that if completion of leaf removal from our yard took longer than one hour for the four men working they would complete the job if we wanted and we could pay the additional fee. We have only five deciduous trees and several deciduous shrubs in our yard, but the two pin oaks are over 50 years old and can totally blanket the entire back yard and deck several times during their long period of dropping leaves. They are tall enough that many of their leaves fall and blow to the front yard also. We also have multiple mulched planting areas in the yard that are much more difficult to remove leaves from than lawn area. We waited until we felt we could get this service without leaving too much remaining work for us to do in the coming weeks. We had no difficulty setting up an appointment using our coupon. The four men came at the agreed upon time and worked with blowers to blow leaves out of evergreens and other shrubs, from underneath all these plants, and off all the mulched areas. They then cleared all the lawn and deck areas, moving all this mountain of leaves to the area near the street. It was a very impressive pile of leaves! The leaves were then placed in the truck. The whole project took about 1 1/4 hours, so we were given a statement for an additional $45 dollars, which was a little less than the regular rate for 15 minutes. The yard and all our planted areas were really clear of leaves when the men finished! There were no leaves embedded in or under the evergreens, the mulch was all cleared of leaves, and the deck was of course completely cleared also. We would certainly use this company again.

Answered my call promptly. Scheduled a date. The men even took up my dog run for me as I was unable to walk in the yard due to foot surgery. Very polite.

I called to schedule the appointment and they were very professional and accommodating. Then 3 guys showed up on time and they took care of all the leaves, trimmed the big bush, and then did work in the back yard with the remainder of the time.

Great. They offered to do the back yard for an additional charge which I declined. We also agreed on a plan for which beds would be cleaned out in order to stay within the agreed upon price.

The guys were prompt, courteous and very professional. They came to the door to let my wife know they were there to preform the work. They did the work, picked up after the work and left without leaving any mess. Without hesitation I would use the Schwartz Brothers again. Thank you.

Service provider was very prompt in contacting me and setting up an appointment. Very friendly during the call. The day that they were scheduled to come out was after it had rained off and on for a few days. The ground was still damp when the services were performed. I noticed that there were equipment tracks in my neighbor's yard. I'm not sure whether or not the service provider obtained permission from that neighbor to drive equipment through his front yard. Once the ground dried out, I no longer saw the tracks in my neighbor's yard, so I'm assuming "no harm, no foul". I'm very surprised that I did not receive follow-up contact from the service provider to ask about the service. In addition to my consideration that the lack of follow-up was only "fair" customer service, I'm surprised the service provider did not seize the opportunity to seek continued business from me.

Overall, our lawn looks better than it did before the service. I would use this company again.

They did a good job at the end, but I ha to call them and ask them to come back since they did not do everything I asked at first.

It was all so easy! I purchased the Angie's List deal online. The company rep called me within a few days. I told him what I needed (aeration), but my yard is larger than the deal allowed. The rep said he would drive by and look at our yard and call me back. The next thing I know, the front AND back yards were done, and done well, and there was no additional charge. Great job, despite the hard earth after this drought all summer. No sprinkler heads were broken in the aeration of the lawn. I would definitely use them again. The only thing is, I would have liked a card or a brochure so I know who to call next spring.

The work was done efficiently and very professionally. We are very happy with the job.

Wanted additional $25 to put brush on truch, so I just had them leave it on the curb, didnt know about that extra cost ahead of time, would have been nice to know, since there wasnt that much debris to haul away (about fit in my trash dumpster)

I called to schedule. Brendon told me that it would be the next week before they could get to my yard. He called when he said he would to tell me that his crew would be out the next day. They arrived when they said they would and did the job in the time allotted.

my call was promptly answered, lawn was treated,and the whole process took about one week.i would definitely recommend them, and i plan to use them next year.

It was so easy, one phone conversation and they showed up did the work and were gone before I even knew it. Well worth it.

They arrived on time, were professional and friendly. Did the work I requested. I would deffinately hire them again.

The brother of the owner came out with 2 other workers. They charged me more than double than what I paid for the deal charging me extra to haul away the debris. They did a sloppy, quick job on the shrubs. They were not thorough. I felt that they were trying to see how much they could charge me as they changed the amount.
