Pleasant, good work, have requested that they do weekly lawn mowing and other landscaping projects for us.

The shrub trimming was great. Good shape, great cleanup. The grass planting was less impressive. Something didn't work right as the results were poor.

They were nice and did a good job.

They arrived as scheduled, promptly did their work as agreed and left. They are very professional and I will continue to use their services. I plan on using more of the services they provide. A quality company.

I should have bought it in March instead of May because it was too late for the 3 applications purchased. They did give me a double upgrade so I that I would get the same amount of product in two applications instead of 3. Also we had so much rain that it was hard for them to apply it. If I purchase again, would get it in March. Angie's shouldn't offer it that late in the season.

The lawn looks really good and doesn’t have any weeds. I liked the service and the products that they used. This is my first time with them and I’m going to call them again for pricing after the big deal. It was only for three months. I feel like they have really saved me time and money so far.

They came very late in the day, and three guys showed up for the appointment. By the time they showed up, it was dark and they didn’t seem to finish the work on time. They were also not very efficient. They also shorted me 15 minutes. They then said they could get the rest of the work done if I paid more money which I was not happy with them.

They get the job done! We have hired them to do our lawn weekly and the crew shows up and promptly knocks it out. They were not the cheapest bid but after false starts with two other providers we called them back. They are consistent and professional. I have recommended them to others.

The workers bailed as soon as the "man hours" were over, leaving the work undone. The yard is pretty small and, in our opinion, they had too many people on the job, actually decreasing the efficiency of their work. The owner of the business called back after we complained. His only reply was that they had knocked on the door before they left. We were at home so I have a hard time believing they tried too hard.

I called the company and the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable. We scheduled an appointment and the person arrived on-time. The person who did the work was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions.

I want to give them some credit... they were working on a temporary discount (trying them out for a month) and the weather was rather poor during the first week I used them. Basically the first visit happened about 10 days after original scheduled date. As I said the weather was a factor but their communications seemed real poor. I thought I would be getting some type of bush trimming too but just a basic mow and blow on both visits. The weather was no factor on second visit. It seemed to me that they were overloaded and I was just getting the minimal service due to the discount.

Great! We are very pleased and can already see a huge improvement in what used to be the weed infested and bare patchy area around our house that was trying in vain to masquerade as a lawn. We see hope now. A lot of the weeds are gone, the grass now has a chance and the lawn is looking much better. Except for the first time when they were a few days late, the guys showed up when they said they would and left a hanger on our door telling us what time they were here and what they applied, as well as a small sign in our yard so we'd know they were here. I was under the impression that they were swamped after the Big Deal initially went out. We weren't home for any of the treatments, but did drive up just as Brian was getting ready to leave after the May treatment. I talked to him, and he was very helpful and pleasant and told me what they offer and prices after I initiated the conversation. Prior to the first treatment, I spoke to Brandon on the phone and he was very nice as well. We plan to hire them for further treatments. The regular price seems very reasonable. I'm sure our neighbors are thrilled.

Contacted me by phone to confirm, showed up on the appointed time and date, explained what they were doing, did it, and contacted me after completion to advise me they had finished and that everything had been completed. Yard was left in great shape, no mess, and very polite.

I was happy with the customer service and they worked with me on scheduling issues. I didn't want them to come out when the ground was too wet and we had to reschedule several times, but they didn't seem to have any problem with it. They didn't mention to mark our sprinkler heads that can be damaged - so when they came out they stopped work and loaded back up and came back another day after I'd had a chance to flag the sprinklers. Again, they were easy to reschedule and got the work done right away when we were finally ready. Not sure what grass is going to look like in a few weeks when the seeds should have taken root, but assuming we get good results - then I'll be very satisfied overall.

I originally contacted this company because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List; however, my experience was consistently poor. I needed someone to aerate and seed my yard. This company was one of the only ones who would do this service in the spring. Unfortunately, I just didn't have time to deal with it in the fall. In any case, I called them to schedule a date for an estimate. We scheduled one. The day arrived and no one showed up. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I called and rescheduled. I got the same man as the first time I called. He was very apologetic and so, I scheduled another day for the estimate. Again, the day came and went and no one showed up, nor did I receive a phone call. I tried to find another company to perform the service, but no one would come out because it was spring time and not fall. I could do the seeding myself, but not the aeration. In the meantime, someone from Schwartz called and left an estimate on my answering machine. It was a reasonable price. Since I could not find anyone else and the price was cheap, I went ahead and called to schedule a date for the performance of the services. I believe it was supposed to be a Friday. No one showed up, nor did I receive a phone call explaining why not. I decided not to pursue this because I was having a sprinkler system installed the following week. I figured I would wait until after the sprinkler system was completed (since they were tearing up the yard) to see what had happened with the aeration. And wouldn't you know it, Schwartz Brothers sent someone out while the sprinkler guys were trying to do their job. The workers for Schwartz were here about five minutes because they couldn't very well aerate the yard with their machine when there were tubes and holes in my yard for the sprinkler system. Same thing with the seeding. If they had showed up when they were supposed to, I wouldn't have had all of this confusion. Not to mention, I work several jobs, so sitting around and waiting for someone who isn't going to show up is an incredible nuisance. After Schwartz Bros spent five minutes on my yard, they handed me a piece of paper on company letterhead with 120.00 circled. I believe that the original price was higher, but they deducted money because the yard wasn't completed. I never received an official bill in the mail, nor did I ever receive a receipt for my payment. While I appreciate the deduction to my original bill, I never did get my entire yard aerated because of the lack of promptness. Maybe I just happened to call at a poor time in terms of the company's internal issues, but ultimately this shouldn't matter. I had to pay for something that wasn't completely what I wanted, and I had to rearrange my work hours in the hopes of being here when the company was. I'm very disappointed.

I had the first of the three applications two weeks ago but still seeing a lot of weeds. I'm a beekeeper so when I called last week asking about the remaining two treatments the person stated he was allergic to bees and needed to send another worker out to treat the lawn which is understandable. I have faith in the company but the weeds are growing still and no other treatments have been made to date.

Purchased special lawn aeration/overseeding deal. The guy was professionaL, friendly, and communicated throughout the process. He came to our house within a week of our first communication. He called a couple of times to make sure I was aware of when he would be doing the lawn aeration and seeding. The workers worked efficiently and were conscientious to clean up our sidewalks and our neighbor's.

They called ahead to let us know when the product would be applied so that we could keep the dog off the lawn for 24 hours. Our yard is weed free and lush.

Everytime they said that they would be there they came and the work was completed.

The treatments were done on time and were very effective. Communications regarding when they were coming were timely. Very happy with the service and results.
