Was supposed to overseed lawn--no service done. Was outside of service area. Would have been nice to know before buying Big Deal.

They were very nice in that I purchased it in the spring, but they allowed me to use it in the fall (after the original due date) because I was having an irrigation project done over the summer.

Went well. I bought this Big Deal in spring and the timing didn't work . He honored the deal for the fall. The work was performed and did a nice job.

The crew included some of the same guys who normally do our mowing, but at least one of them seemed comfortable with the chain saw and got the job done. They arrived as scheduled, checked with the owner about the extent of the job (which he had looked at before giving the estimate) and completed the work that needed to be done. They were polite, and the crew leader was very professional.

They worked out just fine. They showed up and did the work. It was really good. I didn't have much for them to do, but they showed up on time and did the work on time and exactly the way I wanted it. I can't complain.

They said they didn't come to my area.

Everything went very well. It was easy to communicate with Brandon via phone and email. They performed the service while I was away but you can easily tell they came by when they said they would. Thanks for the great service!

They came within days of calling to schedule. I wasnt home at the time, but the yard looked good.

They did a great job. Showed up on time and got everything done very quickly and then cleaned up. I would highly recommend.

Punctual in returning messages. Came the day he said at the right time. Brought a crew that he started on the job and then went on. Only problem was that where I had asked for an overgrowth of ground ivy vines to be removed, the crew didn't make a distinction and took out a Weigela plant as well! I was dismayed, but I contacted the owner and he agreed to replace the plant, though it was considerably smaller than what had been there. Still, I felt he did answer for his crew's misunderstanding, and the plant is growing quickly. Would just caution to be very clear about what you want and also what you don't want! The crew was also very cooperative in spirit.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. This is the first time I've used them and there were no additional charges.

My Lawn Mower was in the shop and I needed my large lot(2.5 ac.) mowed and trimmed. Schwartz Bros. was very easy to reach by phone and very responsive. They came out and did a great job! Very professional my lawn looks great! I am thinking of using them in the future for seeding and weed care.

My yard looks no better and actually looks worse than ever. After the second treatment I called and discussed my concerns about our weed problem and he said he would be by to take a look. We haven't seen or heard from them since.

They charged extra $20 for leaf removal. I should have checked the services offered under the big deal. They were nice people. The quality of the work was good and it lasted the whole winter.

The lawn mowing service was just what I wanted. It was fast and affordable. My husband was not as pleased because he is a perfectionist about his lawn and this was purchased as a service for us to be able to take a vacation...and was quite adequate for that requirement. If you want your lawn manicured, hire a landscaper, otherwise, hire Brandon. His team was on time, professional and did a great job. Thank you, S. Phillips

Brandon gave me the bid on June 5 and said it would be the end of June before work could be done. In discussing the bid, I told him I thought it was high. He said it was because of the material I wanted. I decided to go with the bid because his company got good marks on Angie's List and I communicated this to him on or about June 12-13. Went on vacation and assumed I would hear from him while I was gone. Returned on July 15 and called the company since I had not heard from them. I spoke with Brian and he scheduled work for July 19, but could not give me a time. I asked if they could call with a time. They couldn't call but would try to send an email. On June 19 at 7:45 am the work crew showed up to discuss what I wanted done. They would get materials and come back. Brandon did send an email at 11:30 pm !! the night before saying crew would be here in the morning. The crew worked very quickly and finished in about 2 1/2 hours. Everything looked good but later from a distance, it looked like the white rock was not spread evenly. I called company to asked them to correct this. Brandon or Brian reminded me that I indicated all was well after work was done. Although this was true at the time and even if I had wanted something changed, the crew and tools were all packed up and waiting for the lead man to come out with the payment. The crew did correct the problem the following week. Never did I see either owner after the initial estimate was given. If they checked the work, they never made it known to me. Maybe this job was too small for them; I wished they had just told me that in the beginning.

Very professional. Did more than asked to do. Very happy with them.

They arrived on time and worked without me being at home. It appeared fine after the job was done. However, they didn't clean the flower bed well before applying the mulch. The weeds grew through the mulch after 2 weeks.

It went fine. We ordered a package that was three months in a row. It would have been March, April and May. They came out approximately during the first week of each month. We did not spend more than the big deal purchase. They were very efficient and very polite. I had no problems whatsoever.

Very well. mowed, trimmed and blew off.

My experience was fine. They just came, did the work and they got it done.
