The crew were hard working, Brandon and his assistant wanted the job to so smoothly. They were professional and transparent.

This is the 3rd year I have used Schwartz Brothers for fertilizing and providing weed control for my yard. The work is always done promptly and professionally. The Big Deal of $99 for 3 applications is a great price - saves me from figuring out what to buy and when to apply it. I appreciate the great work of the Schwartz Brothers company.

We have significant water issues, not helped by the fact that the previous owner created what we think was an attempt at a check dam. Unfortunately, the effort slows the water too much and now the bottom part of our lawn is a boggy mess. Schwartz Brothers sent out a 4-man crew who had the mess cleared out in 2 hours. Clearing it out required hauling the material up a steep slope, as well as working in the muck. The crew was fast, efficient, and very polite. I used the 6 man hour deal, and paid extra for hauling away the material.

We hired this provider for fertilizer and weed control services. Upon confirming that they were our vendor of choice on a Thursday, they set the expectation that they could arrive either that Saturday or the following Monday. Eleven (11) days later we had not heard from them nor received communication on when they would be arriving for our first-time lawn treatment. Important note: there had been some rain in the forecast, which we equated to the delay. So on day eleven we called to find out when they would plan to arrive and they said, "...as long as it doesn't rain tomorrow, we will be there." On day twelve (12) they never showed up so at the very end of the day (5pm) we called them to get a status update. Unfortunately they confirmed that we would not be getting service, yet again. At this time we have decided that it's necessary to move forward in selecting a different vendor. And while we understand that this may be an isolated incident, we are disappointed by the lack of communication, responsiveness and customer service in this situation.

The staff was excellent. I forgot that they were coming they came and they relocated my dog. I was really happy with how they handled everything. I got them off Angie’s List.

They forgot to latch the gate all three times they came out and my dog got out the first time. They were easy to schedule with.

The crew did a good job. The area was neat and clean when they finished. I paid $85.00 for hauling away debris.

Prompt response to request, timely estimate and work done the next day. Definitely on my new provider list!

It turned out great. I was on Angie’s List. I was looking for a deal for landscaping work and shrub trimming. They had a deal out there and had good reviews that I read. I went ahead and purchased the big deal. The cost was very fair for work I had them do. I don’t recall having any issues.

When provider arrived, I met them and walked around yard giving the lead man instructions on what I wanted done then I went inside. After 30 minutes, I looked out of the window and didn't see anyone working and everything looked pretty much the same. I checked again in 15 minutes and decided to go out and talk to the lead man. I went over my instructions again and went back inside. This went on for the entire 2 hours that I purchased. I really felt they did as little as possible and just waited for the clock to run out. I ended up having to buy another hour because it looked like they really hadn't done a thing after 2 hours. I had to stand outside for the additional hour and supervise and instruct them on what I wanted done. Terrible!!

In general they do a fine job of mowing. However, this summer they were careless and made bare dirt circles around my front trees. This is likely due to having the mower too low and just racing around the trees which are on a slope. They were supposed to have fixed these ugly circles- but have not ever attempted to remedy this and have ignored my requests to get it done.

He asked for 3 dates available for service. Gave those 3 dates, but no show on all. Emailed again and finally came out, but aerated the lawn on a day after it had rained all night and the lawn was saturated. Really tore up the yard and actually pulled and rolled patches of lawn. We had to go over lawn and resettle all the patches. It was a muddy mess. We would probably try them again, but not after a rain deluge.

Everything that I wanted to have done was completed and in the time needed. I was pleased with how it looked.

Prompt, polite, thorough. Vacuumed leaves from perimeter of yard and street/curb area.

They went fine. I though they did a really good job on the edging

They did a great job. He was on time and takes care of my lawn year round. Even though I was already a customer of his, he let me have the savings of the deal, which was really kind.

Made contact and arranged for them to stop by and give an estiment. They didn't come on day agreed so I called them back. They stopped by and gave me an estiment. I needed the work (yard cleanup) done so we set a tme up for the next day. That was on Tuesday. It is now Saturday and I have not seen or heard from them so I'm looking for another contractor.

It went great. Brandon even provided good recommendations regarding the timings of these services and suggested spreading them throughout the year. I orignally purchased the packages in March 2014. I did need to call a few times to remind them of the services though.

I contacted them multiple times, but they never got back with me.

They were in and out in no time. We were happy with the service and the looks of the yard afterwards.

This was amazing. The quality of their service was so good that our neighbors actually used them as well.

Reliable and quality work. Excellent service provider. Very responsive when contacted.
