I contracted with this company to do an in-house move of several heavy objects. I'd obtained a voucher from Living Social. When I called the number I'd been provided it was not a working number - Living Social provided me with a new number. I called that number and someone answered, but not with a business name. I explained what I needed and he asked me to submit a request via their website, which I did. The owner responded and scheduled me for 4pm on 9/22/11. At 1pm I emailed requesting a confirmation since I hadn't heard from them - no response. At 4:22 when they hadn't arrived, I called and had to leave a message asking them to call me back. I needed this move to happen by 9/23 so was hoping to get on their schedule for that day. I emailed again at 5:27 to state my disappointment and advise that if they didn't call me back to reschedule I would be requesting a voucher refund. It is now 12:30 on 9/23 and I've yet to get a phone call or an email so I hired someone else.I can understand if a company has experienced delays on a promised job, however I do not understand nor condone a company that simply doesn't call or respond in any way.
