About us

GHS is currently a one person construction company that aims to assist home owners with repairing areas of their home. I have 10 years of experience in home construction/renovations/maintenance. For most jobs the home owners will be billed hourly ($60/hr & $50/hr for military discount), unless a bid for the job is agreed upon. Please call before buying store front, the angie's list calendar does not match mine, I am usually booked two to three weeks out, So please call before buying from the store front.

Services we offer

I focus on home repairs, updates and small remodeling jobs. I build custom furniture such as shelving, and seating. I also do projects such as repairing drywall, repairing rotten wood, updating fixtures such as lights and ceiling fans, painting rooms, adjusting doors, installing doors. I also repair fences and sometimes build new fences.

Services we don't offer

I do not service roofs, run water lines, or service gas lines/appliances. I do not do yard maintenance as in raking leaves ,or cutting grass.

Description of Work: Installed two blinds, repaired mirror sliding closet door that the hinges had come off and realigned doors. Also replaced hinges on a very old storage cabin in my garage and leveled it (works as if it is new). Patrick is professional and extremely efficient completed all items in least than two hours. I was extremely please with his work and will definitely call him when I have additional work.

Description of Work: Patrick changed out my outside lighting fixtures on either side of garage. Changed out my front door whole ensemble of handle lock and key. Hung mop and broom holder on wall in the laundry. Fixed my under the kitchen cabinet lighting. Hung very large and heavy picture in the dining room. Cleaned out dryer vent. I have new foyer rug and he changed out the old rug and putdown the new one... Patrick did an outstanding job, was courteous and worked with ease completely. He also answered questions on things I would like to have him work on in the future. I am a widow with a sore back and it was so refreshing to have someone complete everything just the way you wanted it. I would recommend him to anyone and I choose the package $80.00 for two hours.....it was unbelievable that Patrick guiett did all he did for the $80 for two hours. Thanks Pat..

Description of Work: Replaced lower deck stairs and risers. Also informed me that I should have exterminator check for termites. I did, and found that I had termites and am now treating for this condition. This probably saved me a lot more $$.
