Description of Work: Patrick did some miscellaneous work on my house. He replaced a toilet in our main bathroom, changed out a light switch, and installed a storm door. These were all things that needed to be done and I just never got around to it. He was fast and did very quality work. I will use them in the future. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. Thank you!

I also do projects such as repairing drywall, repairing rotten wood, updating fixtures such as lights and ceiling fans, painting rooms, adjusting doors, installing doors. I also repair fences and sometimes build new fences.
I do not service roofs, run water lines, or service gas lines/appliances. I do not do yard maintenance as in raking leaves ,or cutting grass.
