Travis came out and gave us an honest opinion saving us a lot of money. He fixed the issue right away. He was kind and helpful. We are saving his card for any future needs.

Travis responded promptly to my request for a quote to repair the garage door opener where one of the large springs had suddenly stretched out. He came to the house to assess the problem before I received calls or emails from other companies and showed me the minimum that needed to be done (replace the springs on both sides of the door to maintain equal tension) and what he may need to fix once he got up there and took things apart (small cables that can fray over time). He went to pick up the parts need, did the repair including the small cables that had started to fray and showed us how to lubricate critical parts every 6 months. It was nice to have a polite gentleman willing to do the work late in the day on a Friday so I could park my car in the garage…very nice.

Travis was very prompt. He came out the same night I put in my inquiry to look at my garage door and then was back the next day to fix it. He explained everything he did and even gave me a few tips for wear through the year. Definitely going to call him again.
