I got an appointment within 24 hours, he showed up on time after a pre appt call to let me know he was on the way. Repair was fixed quickly, plus he reduced the noise, and oiled moving parts, giving me great peace of mind. With 3 teens in the house the garage door gets a LOT of use. Thank you Travis!

Travis was great. He agreed to the price, showed up on time, and did a great job of installing our door. He even picked it up from the warehouse and then went back and got some other parts that were missing from the shipment. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Travis did a wonderful job repairing my residential, double-car garage door. Through Angi's HomeAdvisor, I found Excellent Garage Door, and Travis called right away within the same hour I listed a need for door repairs. I told him that I was trying to avoid emergency, same-day rates, if possible, and that, while urgent, I could wait a day or two. However, not only did he show up at my house within 45 mins of my phone call w/ him, he then repaired my door for a very reasonable rate that same day without emergency fees! My garage door is old, and a new replacement, which I will need at some point, will start at $2,000+ but Travis did NOT try to hustle me or give me an opportunistic sales' pitch. He knew that the repairs would give me time to consider my options for the future, and he also gave me a transparent idea of what it will cost me to replace my door with his company. Very likely to rehire in the future to do the bigger job! Thank you, Travis! You exceeded my expectations! ~ Stacey
